We had such a fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The resort is absolutely beautiful, featuring gorgeous views and a relaxing atmosphere, all exceptionally well-maintained. The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is included with made-to-order eggs. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice, caring, and warm. The concierge team—Austin, Trey, and Ramsey—was especially amazing, always ready to assist us and provide helpful recommendations. Beatrice, the Grill Assistant Manager, was wonderful, and the team, including Elmira, Raechel, Sonny, Stanley, and Annie, contributed to our great experience. The service from Andre and Garth at the Beach Bar was excellent, and the tacos were delicious. Royalton (Beach team) is a superstar!! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. It felt like they genuinely cared, which made all the difference. This was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos. We can't wait to come back!

Everyone from Fredna to the beach staff made our stay marvelous. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The room was clean and very detail oriented. They made me and my girlfriend feel like we were family. Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back

The beach staff catering to our needs, was and has always been phenomenal!! Reginald in particular. Always there when you need him for any request or assistance. They truly go above and beyond. Even offered to bring beverages out to the water some 80+ yrds away. A short walk down the resort, Just Tacos is a welcome respite from a long day of sitting on the beach or lounging in the ocean. Great food, refreshing signature drinks (bourbon fish hook) only matched by the company of the two owners, Garth & Andre. Definitely worth a stop.

Great service all around! Garth and Andre at Just Tacos are the best and Reginald who is down by the beach area was amazing! We had a two bedroom oceanfront suite that was amazing. Friendly staff all around! We just love it there!

Nice hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Good food, comfortable rooms. I felt ill one of the days of our trip and staff went out of their way to check on me and even sent tea to the room. Staff was amazing including Beatrice, Simon, Austin, Trey, Ramsey. Infinity restaurant was very good.

We sought a very slow and relaxing get-away and we got it! Great location and rooms were large and comfortable (wife and I had a junior suite). Staff was friendly and helpful. Spa and yoga were great. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a bit far from the water. Dining and drinks were good but expensive. We wanted a very relaxing and low-key trip and we got it, but if you want excursions and activities they are there.

Incredible views, service, food and beverages! The staff is top-notch and make the experience even more memorable! Be sure to see Garth at the beach bar for a pina colada, see Stanley and Beatrice for breakfast, Jim and Jean for beach service, and Lewis at the bar! All other staff were also incredible! The beach is the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen with spectacular water with white deep sand! We are returning guests and plan to continue to come here!
