The resort offers a tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for couples rather than families with children. However, there is significant room for improvement in their customer service and guest relations. We experienced unprofessionalism during our stay; despite receiving approval for a 30-minute late checkout, we were rudely informed by a staff member that the room was needed. Additionally, I lost an earring in the room and reached out to guest relations via email, yet I have not received any response, even after four months of waiting.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, and we had to come in September due to our children's work schedules. I cannot compare this hotel to others, but I can say definitely that we LOVED staying at Point Grace. We had a 3 bedroom villa, and it was huge, beautiful, and so comfortable. The beach was amazing, and the food (especially the breakfasts) was outstanding. We sailed and snorkeled, but mostly enjoyed swimming in that beautiful water. We loved the small size of the resort. Best of all, every single member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and helpful and wonderful - they made our visit extra special and fun. I would recommend this resort to everyone I know, and I hope we get to go back soon.

Hotel is nicely located in a wonderful location. This hotel offers the tranquility to simply relax and recharge. It’s ideal for couples or adults only. The service and food are outstanding. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our daily walks along the shore each day.

We loved this resort!! Perfectly relaxing vibe. The rooms are so clean and the beds are so comfortable. It is so nice to have a villa where you enjoy and relax! Everyone from the beach staff, to the pool staff, to the housekeeping staff and everywhere in between! We felt so relaxed and spoiled! Cosmey at the pool is the most wonderful company all day! Locresha and Maica at the front desk were so amazing and attentive. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

Beautiful location, right on the water. Condo was very clean, modern decor. Time spent in the condo occurred on the beautiful veranda soaking watching to sunset. Very spacious. The staff had superb customer service and were very accommodating. Beach staff attentive, helpful, arranged other excursions for us.

LOVELY place and even better staff❤️ Small resort with amazing people! Locresha was accommodating and very special! She’s a HUGE asset to this facility!!! Housekeeping, breakfast staff and beach guys were all top notch. Wish the pool bar had more options for lunch BUT we loved what we had. We like to get out to eat too so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to other places along the beach easily. We can’t wait to see what the new property nxt door looks like, I hope they you’ll be able to use facilities at both. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, relaxing getaway with impeccable service, beautiful water and views and easy access to other places on Grace Bay. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The whole experience was amazing!!! From checking in with Lucretia and the whole time spent there . The staff are Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very comfortable and accommodating . The beach is Beautiful and not crowded at all ! They guys working on beach are very friendly and hospitable ! Great Guys ! Complementary breakfast offers a variety of selections. The service and servers great there! I’m hoping the service will continue to be great at the point,after the new resort and casitas are built. On the adjacent property. It’s been a piece of heaven on earth.

Amazing trip. First time traveling to the island and the hotel could not have made our stay any better. Everyone from the front desk to the beach service was extremely polite and accommodating. Because of this we had a Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing trip vacation. Which was everything we were hoping for.
