A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks! The price is clearly inflated!

Girişten itibaren tüm personel çok kaba nezaketsiz ve suratsızdı. Girişte rezervasyon görünmüyor diyip bekletildik, masaj için bilgi alırken 30 dklik masajdan ne bekliyorsunuz gibi bilgilendirmeler aldık . Havlu almak istediğimizde 12 yi geçti diye uyarıldık , otele giriş zaten 14.00 olduğu halde . Yemekler kötüydü , tüm mutfak eşyaları aşırı kirli lekeliydi. Snack barda yemekler soğuk ve yoğunluktan diyerek ilgilenmediler . Ayranin son kullanma tarihi gecikti. Tüm otel kötü kokuyordu . Kesinlikle önermiyorum . Konumu ve yeri dışında çok kötü bir deneyimdi .

Fiyat performans olarak tatmin etti. kafa dinlemelik sakin bir otel. yemeklerde cok çeşit yoktu ama beğendiğiniz şeyleri bulup doyabilceğiniz bir seçenek havuzu vardı. tatlılar zayıftı 4 gece kaldık 3 ünde aynı tarz tatlının renkleri farklı çeşitleri vardı. bazı mezelerde nadir de olsa bozulmuş tadı aldık. hergün balık cıkıyor balıklar güzel lezzetli ve güzel pişmişti, kıymalı pide güzeldi. kahvaltı biraz zayıftı pek çeşit yoktu. alkoller yeterli her aradığınızı bulabilceğiniz tarzda kokteyller alkoller vardı. kokteyller 1 bar hariç diğerlerinde hazırdı üstüne meşrubat koyup servis ediliyordu. çalışanlar sevimli güler yüzlü sıcak kanlı insanlardı. otelin en zayıf kısmı olarak animasyon diyebilirim. animasyon ekibi yok 1 kişi var ferhat bey cok iyi bi insan selam olsun. sabah sporundan akşam animasyonuna kadar hepsini kendisi yapıyor. sabah animasyonu yok su sporu sonrasında su topu var onun haricinde bi etkinlik yok havuz için. biz deniz manzaralı standart odada kaldık gayet ferah geniş ve temizdi yastıklarda ufak lekeler vardı ama göz ardı edilebilir. otelin bence büyük sorunlarından biri asansördü. 4.karttaydık ve en az 7-8 dk asansör bekliyorduk asansörler sürekli bozuluyordu tek asansör calısıyordu 2 sinin aynı anda calıstığı süre cok az. denizi güzel iskelesi güzel ama ufak bi rüzgarda şemsiyeleri kapattırıyorlardı ucmasın diye ama bence ucurcak bi rüzgar bile değildi. genel olarak memnun kaldık kafa dinlemelik her sey dahil konseptte güzel bi oteldi genel olarak 7.9/10.

3 yetiskin icin uygun degil.
3 yetiskin deniz goren oda almamiza ragmen odanin kucuk oldugu ve 3.yatagin sigmayacağı soylenerek baska oda onerildi.Odaya ek yatak diye rahatsız bir çocuk yatağı kondu.Kızım 21 yaşında yatakta rahat edemedi.Saat 16gibi giris yaptık. Plaj havlusu yoktu.Bugun alamazsınız denildi.

OLUMSUZ
Personel oryantasyonu yoktu. Ayrıca,insanlar zorla getirilmiş gibi çalışıyordu.
Temizlik gayet iyiydi.Yemekler malesef en kalitesiz satın alma ile elde edilmiş mahsullerden oluşuyordu. Üstelik yanmış ve kötü değerlendirilmiş ürünler servis ediliyor.Mutfak kısmı kesinlikle gözden gecirilmeli. Personel eğitimi mutlaka sağlanmalı.Çok güzel fiziki imkanları olan bir otel onca yatırım heba olmasın derim .

Oh where to start.......the hotel was OK, not 5 star as many have said here...maybe 2 at best...the food was usual all inclusive, the drinks were warm whatever you ordered......the tables were normally uninhabitable...some of the staff were very depressed, one or 2 were a shining light and a credit to the hotel (Kadir & the ice cream guy - we salute you!). BUT.....the day before we left a fire broke out in the afternoon in the kitchen. What happened after that was just a catalogue of errors on behalf of the hotel. We and many others were allowed back into a burning building, some climbed the stairs unquestioned towards the fire. People complained that they couldn't hear the weak fire alarm and were trapped on their balconies. The fire service could not gain access to the site due to the hotel being completely surrounded by a brick wall - this had to be knocked down by diggers to allow the fire engines into the site......the hotel have since admitted no wrong doing.....so, yeah, not staying in a hotel again.......but will definitely be returning to Turkey....love the people, love the atmosphere........ground floor bungalow please!

Отдыхали с 1 - 16 сентября и это был ужасный отдых. Отель на 5 * вообще не тянет. Еда так себе, очередь за едой, стоишь с тарелками , как попрошайка . Посуда грязная, стаканы ( пластмассовые) с губной помадой. В номере уборка👎пыль везде, шампунь в дозаторе( х/з что там) постель поменяли на 11 день и то сами бросили на пол, в холодильнике только вода ( отель ультра всё включено 😂), алкашка местная 👎, хорошо привезли с собой, в ресторане ходят еле живые официанты, не улыбчивые , на персонале экономят и они не успевают убирать столы , убирали сами , искали ложки, вилки, салфетки по ресторану и садились кушать. Обслуживание плохое , чувствуется негатив от персонала, такое ощущение что мы бесплатно приехали к ним в отель. Много раз была в Турции и с таким 5* отелем сталкиваюсь впервые , на минуточку туры в этом году в Турцию не дешевые , а сервис упал. Я все понимаю, сейчас всё дорого, инфляция, но вот такой сервис 👎, тогда отелю надо снять звезду 4 и даже 3 *. Мы туристы не вредные, не капризные, обычно на минусы стараемся не обращать внимания, но минусов было так много, что пришлось писать отзыв. Были не довольны почти все туристы и все собирались писать отзывы. Не знаю кто пишет такие хорошие отзывы или они покупные, по отзывам мы и приехали. Недавно отель горел , теперь хозяину точно придётся делать ремонт, так как он ушатанный был. Карма работает, было много людей недовольных. Анимации нет от слова совсем, ходит маленький, высокомерный , не воспитанный аниматор ( просто ходит) , уговаривает гостей поехать на дискотеку за 10$,а если вы не поедете он не здоровается😂, вечером скучно, рядом с отелем негде погулять. Отдых у нас получился чисто пенсионерский. Отель не рекомендую 👎👎👎
