We stayed from 01.06 to 08.06 2025, a great hotel for a holiday with children. Children have something to do throughout the day (playroom, children's slides, children's pool), large green area, beautiful view of the mountains. I recommend the hotel 👍

В целом не плохой отель. Еда, сервис, расположение, зелень. Есть небольшая проблема с уборкой номеров. При большой загруженности начинается суета. Рестораны работают не плохо. Бармены коктейли мешают кто во что горазд. Вкусное сливочное мороженое в лобби.

Otel sunduğu imkanlar ve sahip olduklariyla ***et güzel bir tatil sunabiliyor ama çalışanlara ayrı değinmek lazım. Bence tatili bir üst seviyeye çıkarabilen sey nasıl agirlandiginiz. Resepsiyondan,müşteri ilişkilerine, garsonuna, oda gorevlisine, animatorden kid club çalışanına hepsi yapabildiklerinin fazlasını sundu ve bu da bu tatili bizim için mukemmel bir yere taşıdı. Gerçekten bu kadar kalabalıkken heryere hakim olmak takdire şayan , müthiş bir değer . Ve İtalyan yemekler mü-kem- mel! Mutfak ekibindeki Ali Şef ***et nazik , memnuniyeti ölçer bir şekilde her misafirle ilgilenmeye çalışıyor bugün şahit oldum meyve reyonunda bile 37-38 derece sıcağın altında müthiş bir efor sarfediyordu .helal adama valla . Wir haben vor Kurzem in einem Hotel Urlaub gemacht und beschlossen, das SPA zu besuchen – es war ein echtes Vergnügen! Wir haben ein Paket gebucht, das Hamam, Aromatherapie, eine Ganzkörpermassage, eine Gesichtsmassage und eine Gesichtsmaske beinhaltete. Ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub – entspannt wunderbar und bereitet die Haut ideal auf eine schöne Bräune vor. Ich kann auch besonders die therapeutische Rückenmassage und die entspannende Ganzkörpermassage empfehlen. Die Masseurinnen sind einfach großartig! Sie machen ihre Arbeit sehr gut, fragen während der Behandlung nach dem Befinden und gehen auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Nach der Massage fühlte ich mich total entspannt, die Schwere im Körper war weg und das Gesicht sah frischer aus. Und natürlich muss ich George erwähnen! Er koordiniert alles im SPA – und das auf eine perfekte Art. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und offen – man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort gut aufgehoben. Er erklärt alles, gibt Tipps und fragt immer nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Durch seine offene und herzliche Art entsteht eine Atmosphäre, in die man gerne zurückkehrt. Bei so einem Service möchte man immer wiederkommen!

The Hotel is situated on the beach ( having it’s private beach is amazing), the view is WOW. The territory is clean and green. Due to the two three floor buildings you don’t feel that it is crowded. Only in the restaurant you can feel it)) The food is delicious and various ( even if it is a 5 star hotel don’t wait for sea food). Unfortunately, for coffee lovers it is not good, the coffee is not delicious at all. The family room and double room is ok, it is not deluxe as they mention . Or maybe we were given a poor room. But they clean every day in the room. The kids shows are great. The music shows from the 22.06 till 28.06 were great!!! The Cappadocia show on the 28.06 was unbelievable!!!! The beach is long but quite small. I would recommend the hotel for families with children. The staff is polite! The WiFi is quite poor.

Очень хорошо отдохнули, отличный отель, была очень хорошая погода, море как парное молоко, хорошая еда и самое главное отличный спа! Персонал спа очень дружелюбный, хотелось бы отметить Гошу всегда улыбающийся и дружелюбный, готовый всегда помочь гостям отеля.Получил огромное удовольствие и пользу от посещения спа Гоши Курс массажа делала у девочек Золотые руки! Самочувствие стало лучше, движения легче! Спасибо всем отличный сервис, отзывчивость и лучезарные улыбки! Собрана отличная команда профессионалов. Буду рекомендовать всем своим друзьям так держать.В день прилёта были сильные отеки, решила сходить в хамам, пилинг сделать, массаж. Боже , ни на секунду не пожалела! А насчёт отеля Отличный отель! Красивый, чистый, отличные уютные номера, отменные завтраки! Красивые горы вид короче завораживает! Я так рада , что выбрала именно это местечко!Этот отель. Восторг! Соответствует всем фото! Добрая атмосфера, приветливый, вежливый персонал. Расположение отличное! Я бы снова выбрала этот отель!Территория ухоженная, бассейн чистый. Отличное место для спокойного отдыха с семьёй.
