Excellent hotel, we had a rest with the whole family. We will be happy to come back again.

The hotel is wonderfully designed and offers an appealing ambience. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The animation team offers great offers and is very motivated. The food is fantastic. I still have one criticism: A table tennis table for outside would have been nice. Unfortunately, the existing one is in poor condition and urgently needs to be replaced. Otherwise the hotel is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

I was settled in a cheaper room, the room was without windows and with air conditioning that blows on the bed (you can’t turn it off because this is the only way to get air into the room), the hood in the bathroom did not even show signs of life, it’s impossible to live in such conditions. After after I said at the reception that I couldn’t live in this box and I want the room that I paid for, they told me there are no other rooms today, if you want to live, if you want to leave. paid and canceled the order, since they are not able to fulfill it, they told me there would be no money. The maximum that they will do is change the number tomorrow at 9-9:30 in the morning. But as a result, the number was changed only at 12, according to my words, who will return the difference and moral compensation, the receptionist said that he would send me fruits to the room 🤬 And in general the difference is not big and in general he gave me a better room anyway 🤦‍♀️, but it's not true he gave the number that I paid for, I demanded and scandalized and we agreed that I would have a late check-out. As a result, the mood was spoiled, the child’s birthday was spoiled, since on that day I had to deal with disassembly and relocation. Why do you sell rooms that are not actually there? in the best, and settle in a wretched box without air and ventilation ??? And no one is responsible, you can’t prove anything, the hotel is not set up for the client. the room is tired to put it mildly, the bedding and towels do not smell clean, they are also tired and look terrible, plus everything is different (there are no sets), the rooms are dirty. Washing the floors is half a bottle of water on a dirty rag and crawling (this is what I personally saw) , in general, I refused cleaning right away, asked not to clean it. Eternal problems with the keys, they often do not work and so for everyone, the staff will not open the room for you, even if nearby, you need to go to the reception, at least once during the check-in you will experience it. Food + - like everywhere else, but dirty dishes. R The workers in the restaurant are trying, they are great, but it’s clear that they don’t have time physically. They don’t have any complaints at all, they always try to help. everything in the air. Rescuers quit and the slides did not work for two days. Why vacationers should suffer is not clear (again, no one cares), the stairs to the slides leave much to be desired. The guys at the bar are great, always positive and ready to help. Animation is just right , they don’t strain, but they don’t let you get bored. Evening programs are weak, live music every other day (it’s cheaper and understandable), but something interesting every other day, other hotels have better programs. There is no disco for adults, you want to hang out for $ 10 and you will be taken to the club and at 2:30 you will be returned back to the hotel. In general, the impressions of the hotel are twofold, everything was not very bad, but it is not worth the money, the money was ripped off and further as you like, the hotel is not set up for the client. I definitely do not recommend and will not return.
