We flew from Münster at night and therefore arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am. Our suitcases were put away and we were immediately taken to the dining room for breakfast. This was followed by check-in and after this our room was immediately available, instead of at 2:00 PM. All very friendly staff. We have no complaints about the food, the food is tasty, warm and varied enough. There were plenty of sunbeds available at the swimming pool and the sea (5 minutes walk), where there is private grounds as well as food, drinks and toilets. There is plenty of entertainment, especially the Inferno disco was impressive and very nicely decorated. There were also live bands, bingo etc. Our flight doesn't depart until 10:50 PM and after checking out at 12 PM, our suitcases were stored in the special room and we were allowed to use everything all day long. In short, we really enjoyed our stay in Greenwood, thanks to all the friendly, hardworking staff.

Spent a week here with 20 people adults and children ages from seven years old. This hotel and entertainment is mainly aimed for Russian and Turkish. Although children did join in. Hotel reception area very clean but can’t say that for the rooms. Cleaners just changed towels and wiped sides over no cleaning the floors etc. food very repetitive, and not tasty. Cocktails were very sweet not nice tasting alcohol. Can’t fault staff behind the bars very attentive and always smiling. Day entertainment very limited although water polo was enjoyed by some of our party. Not much in the area we will be back but will stay nearer to the harbour.

I don’t know where to start! I always take bad reviews with a pinch of salt as I know they are subjective but I really wish I had listened to them this time as we have just had a terrible week here. The rooms and hotel need some major TLC, broken aircon, Luke warm slow showers, fiflthy grout and toilets. Broken safe, broken wardrobe door. Broken rails, ladders and lights by the pool. Broken umberellas so you had a fight to get one. If you reported anything it took days to get fixed and only if you kept nagging. The food was awful, overcooked or undercooked no happy medium, my 9 year old son got to the point where he did it even want to go into the restaurant as the smell made him feel sick. We all got upset stomachs and we were not the only family that were unwell. Bar service poor due to not enough staff, unless you spoke a certain language then you could jump in. Kids disco all in Russian and German so kids didn’t want to join in as didn’t understand what was happening. Animation team trying to get on your good side to get a good review hence inflated review marks. This hotel caters for Russians and some other European countries but not the English. I would avoid at all costs. Be careful to check that the good reviews you read have not been translated into English as I realised this is what caught me out!

SAİT and ZEKII they have been phenomenal. They are the best staff in turkey by far. They have provided so much love, care and support to our family throughout the whole holiday which really boosted the morale. They are the only ones that engage and converse with you both wait has been a pleasure to talk to and engage in the activities with best staff around for sure.
