Crystal Prestige Elite

If you are not from Eastern Europe (Serbian, polish, Russian) then I would advise to stay away from the crystal prestige elite at all costs. English family of 5 staying here for 12 days. Thankfully we met another family that have saved our holiday from disaster. Pro’s Rooms and hotel generally clean and the cleaning staff in the rooms are excellent. Food at the snack bar has been excellent Pools clean and always lifeguards on duty Slides never busy Turkish people we have met have been absolutely lovely. Kids club is excellent Great staff all round the hotel Con’s The people staying at the hotel, they are beyond rude. We’ve never experienced anything like it. To the point my wife and children have felt unsafe. My wife today had a 6ft Russian push her from her lilo and shouted at aggressively just for calmly drifting past him. They constantly push in, queue for the buggy to the beach they will physically push past your children to get on in front of you. Queue for the bar they will just go in front of you. Barge past you in the lift, stand in front of you so you can’t get out of the lift. It’s incredibly intimidating for women and children. The staff unfortunately can’t do anything about it. It’s unfortunate to have universally rude and intimidating people at this hotel. It’s ruined what could have otherwise been a very enjoyable trip. So please if you are from any other country than those mentioned, you would be safer choosing another part of turkey. Which is sad because otherwise we can’t fault the Turkish hard working people at the hotel or the food and facilities.

Deeply disappointing experience at Crystal Prestige Elite – nowhere near 5 stars! We stayed at Crystal Prestige Elite in Kemer in July 2025 with high expectations for what was advertised as a 5-star hotel – but the experience was deeply disappointing. The rooms were worn out, with damaged furniture, a bathroom that smelled of mold, dust in the corners, and an air conditioner that either didn’t cool or overcooled with no real control. The restaurant was in poor hygienic condition: sticky tables and chairs, a repetitive daily menu, and very low-quality food. Water was dripping from the ceiling, likely due to damaged plumbing. The pools were dirty in the morning, the edges covered in green slime, and general maintenance was clearly lacking. The children’s aquapark had broken steps marked with warning tape that remained unrepaired throughout our stay. The beach was littered with plastic waste that staff did not clean up. The elevator near our room was defective and dangerous. My wife and daughter got stuck inside, terrified, and the door opened only after several minutes on its own. Management offered to move us to another hotel within the same chain, supposedly as an "upgrade," but the conditions there were just as poor and unworthy of the price and the advertised standards. This is not a 5-star hotel by any means, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness, peace, safety, or professionalism.

The restaurants are excellent, there are a wide range of food offer. The Quick snack restaurant is the best, located on the seaside of the hotel.
