The hotel requires some renovetion, but generally is ok. Very clean. The biggest disadvenatge - insufficient language skills. I was supprised that at my arrival, nobody could speak English or German. I undestand there ara many guests from Russia, but still - everyone needs to be able to comunicate...

Были в первый раз в отеле долго выбирали но не пожалели . Отель красивый читая зеленая и ухоженная территория. По еде проблем нет все очень и вкусно. Импортный алкоголь хороший качественный , персонал приветливый многие говорят по русски любые вопросы решают и с улыбкой . В целом отель оставил только приятные впечатления . Рекомендую на все 100

Lovely hotel but I would not say it is 5 star maybe not even 4 stars Pools were lovely but were freezing cold and my little boy just cried as they were so cold and there was no alternative to this Food was lovely again however was basically the same every meal and every night, however the Mexican al a carte was exceptional Play park was a death trap for little kiddies, bare metal on show on the steps and bits of metal coming away We were the only English family on the resort as it very popular with Russians and Germans holiday goers After being there for 3/4 days we started to get bored and there wasn’t much to do and the evening entertainment wasn’t starting till 9:30pm every night which was a little late for toddlers and was all in a different language

Een mooi en schoon hotel. Allemaal even vriendelijk, al vinden wij het jammer dat ze bijna geen Engels spreken. Heel jammer. Zwembaden super Eten is genoeg keuze, maar naar een aantal dagen waren wij het wel zat. Veel Russen en mensen uit Turkije. Kamers netjes. Bar iedere dag aangevuld. Super dat er een karretje op en neer rijd naar het strand. Wij bevelen dit hotel zekers aan

Everything is so well thought-out and high quality, making our holidays increasingly enjoyable each time. Отель выбрали по хорошим отзывам и не пожалели. В первый раз были в ноябре 2024 года и сейчас в мае 2025 -го вернулись вновь. А это ..на минуточку показатель того,что отель заслуживает внимания и почтения. Много всего хорошего,всего и не перечесть- удобные номера для разных категорий отдыхающих,прекрасное обслуживание и качественный персонал в барах и ресторанах,качественная уборка номеров,прекрасная территория,анимация на высоте,никому не скучно. Дети особо заняты целый день целой группой квалифицированных воспитателей,что позволяет родителям тоже отдохнуть. Огромный аквапарк для детей и взрослых. Отдельно большое спасибо и благодарность отделу по работе с гостями. Всегда придут на помощь,причем любая просьба находит отклик . В итоге отдых удался. Большое спасибо отелю за незабываемые впечатления !
