В целом было неплохо , но был большой минус не относящийся к работе отеля - из двух недель отпуска , в половине было грязное море, в воде было очень много мусора .В самом отеле минус - что после ужина нет никаких перекусов , интернет в номерах только за деньги

This hotel is not definitely an all inclusive resort.
Poor service and stuff were not trained.
For the first time in my life time i had to pay for internet at hotel for each device 13 euro for each 5 days.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone els.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Der absolute Höhepunkt war definitiv der wunderschöne Meerblick! Jeden Morgen mit dem Blick auf das Meer aufzuwachen, war einfach traumhaft.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt, auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas älter war. Die Möbel könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen, aber alles war funktional und bequem.
Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und bot eine gute Auswahl an frischen Speisen.

Great hotel for families, loads of food options and great pool area. Staff were friendly, especially the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants. Was a bit strange you have to pay for wifi in a 5 star hotel, but it did work perfectly fine. Also the taxi service in the hotel is very pricey, a lot cheaper to get a taxi from outside the hotel.

Отель, в который не хочется вернуться. Начну с минусов. Первым и главным минусом для меня стал интернет. Как в отеле 5* он может быть платным для меня остается загадкой. Мой тур, на минуточку, на двоих обошелся нам 3000$ в ноябре на 11 ночей! Я приехала отдыхать, но и работа меня не отпускала, поэтому я приехала с ноутбуком + рабочим телефоном. Чтобы интернет работал на всей территории отеля я должна была бы заплатить 75€ на 3 устройства (ноут, рабочий телефон и мой личный). На данную сумму я не рассчитывала, поэтому работать я могла только в лобби (только там бесплатно), что сильно ограничивало меня. Да и загрузка страницы могла занимать несколько минут с этим «замечательным» интернетом. На территории отеля есть ресторан Аля карт, который тоже платный (25€ на человека). Такого я тоже еще не встречала в отелях 5*, это всегда было бесплатно. За весь период отпуска ни один бармен не предложил напиток ни в ресторане, ни в лобби, хотя европейцев и турков обслуживают. НИ-РА-ЗУ! Еда в ресторане каждый день одна и та же, столовская, но съедобная. Ничего супер-вау не было. Как день сурка) Анимация посредственная, все заканчивалось в 21:30 - отбой. Данный отель можно сравнить с пансионатом. На ресепшен можно было простоять 15 минут, чтобы тебе замагнитили ключ, потому что ресепшионисту интереснее было подключать интернет посетителям, которые купили интернет для всей семьи. В номере не предоставляется зубных щеток, средства личной гигиены (ушные палочки, ватные диски) пополняются 2 раза за визит, тапочки самые дешманские, халатов нет, хотя отель spa. Из плюсов это море и солнце. Данный отель к посещению категорически не советую!
