We stayed with two friends for 5 days. The facilities and activities were adequate. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. I can go again.

I really like the hotel:
- friendly staff
- clean area
- excellent choice of dishes in the restaurant
- decent music parties

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

КОШМАР И РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЕ Отель не соответствует своей цене и звездности , у меня подруга уже отправила в соответствующий отдел , чтоб проверили их звездность, это 4* , точно не 5* Заселение дольше положенного , не помогли даже занести чемоданы в номер .. Номера старые, уставшие, В номерах не пополняют принадлежности и их не было изначально , за 11 дней ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. Везде грязь, обслуживание отвратительное, есть нечего от слова совсем , за 11 дней одно и то же два с половиной блюда , на фуд корте кроме гамбургеров, пиццы и пасты несъедобный ничего нет , все вообще не вкусно, не в основном ресторане не на фуд корте , алкоголь только местного ужасного качества во всех барах , бармены знать не знают , что такое коктейли , делать их совсем не умеют. Отель разочаровал , в нем отдыхает одна компания четыре года подряд или больше , два раза в год , большой компанией , смотрим всегда их сторис в соц. сетях , состою у них в чате ,удалось с ними по общаться )) Делают бесплатно рекламу отелю . Я так поняла, что в этом году они едут в другой отель. Теперь без их пиара отель начнет терять свой рейтинг очень быстро , да и без них там делать нечего в отеле , единственные кто веселит в этом отеле и делает настроение , это они, так как в отеле скукота ужасная , диджея нет , стоит какой то молодой человек и включает одну и ту же пластинку , вот и все развлечение. Писали жаловались, фото отправляли , игнорируют и не реагируют на жалобы Пообщались с работниками , даже они говорили , что в 25 году больше работать там не будут , сказали ,что отель очень испортился , работники бегут от туда .

Отель раньше был не плохой, но возвращаться туда было ошибкой. Заселение через 5 и более часов. Номера старые, уставшие. Обслуживающий персонал набран слишком молодой, не квалифицированный (судя по всему в целях Экономии). Dj и музыка уставшая, как и номера. Территория маленькая, но плюс, в том ,что располагается непосредственно у моря.
