Drinks are served in plastic cups. Everything is limited, entrance to the Turkish bath and sauna is free between 12 and 14.00. We cannot use it due to the hotel entrance and exit times. Ето дермо а не готель! Не рекомендую Персонал там ето что то з чем то, разгаваривать з людьми незнают, быкуют, номер ето ужас з ужасов. Кухня на троечку, сам отель ето ужас Номер убырали как хотели раз раз и готово, нету слов просто, в таком я была первый раз.

Hôtel horrible douche complètement moisi frigo également pleins de moisissure les femmes de ménage ne font pas les chambres chassés d’eau qui fuit et nourriture pas terrible à partir de 19 h il y a plus rien à mangé ce n’est pas normal et en plus ont des cafard dans chambre et salle de bains

Nawet z dopłatą tam bym nie wróciła. Brudno (pleśń ,grzyb) . Na 7dni przyszedł ktos raz posprzątać po awanturze. Posiłki jak za PRL-u na nędznej stołwce . Na okrągło nuggetsy ..Sok rozwodniony . W kwestii alkoholi - tylko czerwone wino i piwo. Brak wieczornych animacji, Obsługa w tym recepcja mówi tylko po rosyjsku ... NIE PSUJCIE SOBIE URLOPU !!!!

L hôtel est horrible commençons par l accueil pas agréable l état des chambres horrible photos à l appuie niveau restauration pas très bon les chambres ne sont pas nettoyé obligé de demander des nouvelles serviettes de bain il y a une grosse différence rapport qualité/prix

Отвратительный отель. Номера грязные , такое ощущение что они не убирались никогда. Кондиционер в номере трещит так , что не возможно им пользоваться . Про питание вообще даже говорить не хочется. На завтрак каждый день вареные яйца и колбаса. На протяжении недели на обед одно и тоже , макароны и нагетсы. Салатов , овощей не хватает. Обед заканчивается в два часа дня , но уже в час нет овощей и их не добавляют. На ужин иногда можно урвать кусочек курицы. Уборки в номере за неделю так и не было , полотенца не меняют. Были в прошлом году в отеле три звезды , сервис там был намного лучше чем в этом отеле. Не советую!!!!

Отель отвратительный, не знаю за какие заслуги там 4 звезды, там и 1 стыдно давать. Грязно, еда - одни овощи и соевые колбасы. 1 вечер были куриные ножки и больше мы их не видели. Рыба не всегда свежая, как и всё остальное. Кофе машина наливает растворимый кофе и она такая засаленая ( Уборка в номере- не смешите, пришлось самой искать ведро и тряпку. Стирка - да вы что, они в раковине стирают. Мебель в номере крашена деш.краской и всё что вы поставите на тумбочке - это всё прилипнет. Интренет платный - 10 у.е на одно устройство

A very good place for family vacations, delicious cuisine and very friendly staff. The animators are just great! water polo, darts, gymnastics and a children's club every day, as well as an entertainment program every evening. The pool is clean, the slides are working. The beach is a little small for such a number of guests.
