看完演唱會實在不想回首爾市區了，就提前在這裏定了房子。標準的汽車旅館，環境還不錯，設施相對老舊些。但是這個地理位置沒得説，從大化地鐵5口出來，右手邊走50米就到酒店了，距離高陽體育館也近z，走路五分鐘。
還提供一次性牙刷毛巾等。
辦理入住的老師傅雖然不會英語，但基本溝通沒啥問題。持續提供礦泉水,不需要自己另行購買
看演唱會住這裏其實還是不錯的選擇的。推薦

元？今も？モーテルなのかな、そうであるであろう外観。周辺も同じようなホテルばかりです。ですが、大化駅、高陽スタジアムも近くとても便利でした。コンビニやご飯屋さんも多かったです。
ホテル内、古い感じはありましたが、清掃されていて、広く、アメニティも揃っていました。
(私が宿泊した部屋は古い匂いはしましたが、タバコの匂いはしませんでした。知り合いが泊まった部屋はタバコの匂いがきつかったそうです。)
次もここに！という気持ちにはちょっと迷いがありますが…(高陽スタジアムでイベントがあるときは価格がはね上がると思われます。)

It was cleaned every day. The building is old and I was afraid to move the key, but it seemed to work yesterday. The lighting in the room was bright and nice. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, so it's very convenient.

hotel was near daehwa station exit 5, had many food stores that were open till late and convenience stores nearby. Good location if you are attending a concert in goyang stadium, around 5-15 mins walk (depending on entry gate). Room is spacious and all basic amenities were provided, bottled water is given everyday.
pretty clean except that furnitures are pretty old, can hear noise from the corridor and no peephole. Had the experience of a stranger banging and pressing the room doorbell and had to open the door to inform them that they were at the wrong room.
Receptionist does not understand much english but is friendly and will use hand gestures or still try to understand your needs.
