Well, not sure where to start. We stayed for 2 nights in May. Without getting in to the long details of how much this visit was a disaster, maybe bad timing. The location and beach were spectacular, the amenities not so much. Based on our experience which I assume wasn’t a one time thing, I would avoid booking this place, not sure it can be classified as a resort. Just look at other options and I always have an open mind, not this time.

Couldn’t have asked for a better studio and the view was incredible looking over the ocean! Apartment was fresh and clean. We had a lovely time!

NOT a resort. But, a wonderful location with beautiful views. Bring your own foodstuffs. Including salt and pepper…not going to find it here. WiFi was intermittent, power went off our first day here for three hours. Very close to Governor’s Harbour and GH airport.

Hidden Gem
Perfectly located central island on a beautiful private beach. I could experience the sunrise just steps from my front door. The room is decorated in a clean modern feel with luxurious bedding and salon amenities. I felt calm and peaceful during my stay.

5 night stay. It’s important to know what this is and what it isn’t. It is in a beautiful location but amenities are lacking. It is not a resort, it’s a short term rental. The rooms are small and there is almost no storage. The “closet” is just some hooks and a few shelves. Unfortunately, the shelf that my wife put her undies on shared the leaking water heater. Now I call her Commando. The air conditioner didn’t work well but they fixed that. There is no backup generator so we were without power for several hours. Internet is sketchy. It’s cellular. Pretty much everything is at least 15 minutes away. 4 couples checked in today (4/20) and they have no towels. You can’t drink the tap water. No maid service. Plenty of hot water, though. It’s a beautiful location

Absolutely stunning facilities, views , service. Without doubt a paradise location. 10/10! If you’re in Eleuthera and need to stay somewhere don’t look any further than Mikas resort. Governors harbour is only a 15 minute drive away to get to the restaurants and groceries. You’re also positioned in the middle of the island so relative access to south or north isn’t a problem. Until the next time 🙏
