O quarto é simplesmente horrível. Cama, banheiro, serviços. Não recomendo. Impossível ser 03 estrelas. Com certeza não merece 1/2. É mal mal um puleiro. Não indiquem isso para ninguém. Tenham o mínimo de respeito com as pessoas. Lixo-Lixo!

Hotel precisa reforma urgente. Ar condicionado instalado com gambiarra. Banheiro velho - água chuveiro além de não esquentar não sai água. Muito barulho da rua e que entra todo no quarto. Pelo custo/benefício tem outros melhores na cidade.

Excelente custo benefício. O hotel possui café da manhã e jantar incluídos. O preço é bem acessível, bem localizado. Possui estacionamento conveniado próximo ao hotel. O quarto não é muito moderno, mas é adequado para o preço da diária. Estivemos duas vezes no hotel

Amo este hotel histórico em Valadares, os funcionários são maravilhosos, me sinto em casa, já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel, eu e minha família já nos hospedamos levando nossa princesa Maggie, que também foi recebida maravilhosamente bem, amamos tudo por lá, a cama é uma delícia, os travesseiros são muito confortáveis, o jantar que eles servem é sensacional, e o café da manhã é excepcional, com certeza sempre nos hospedamos neste hotel encantador.

O hotel é bem grande, porém antigo. Ao chegarmos em Governador Valadares, fomos direto ao hotel que fica próximo da Estação Ferroviária (o taxi ficou em torno de R$ 15,00). Fomos eu, minha esposa e nossos 3 filhos. Ficamos em um quarto bem grande com uma confortável cama de casal, TV e ar condicionado. Para o quarto dos nossos filhos, tinham 3 boas camas e todos ficaram bem acomodados. Pontos de melhoria: o banheiro da nossa suíte funcionou bem, na medida do possível, pois o teto estava com aparência estranha (tipo mofo). As toalhas de banho pudemos observar que estavam muito velhas e os sabonetes oferecidos eram minúsculos. O café da manhã e a janta estavam inclusos na diária e gostamos.

Hospedamos com a minha familia no Real Minas e ficamos decepcionados com o hotel, seguem os comentários: 1) positivo: localização e receptividade dos funcionários do hotel, sâo muito prestativos e atenciosos. 2) melhorias: dizem que a primeira impressão é a que fica, já no corredo do andar do apartamento nos deparamos com várias manchas nas paredes, aparentando ser oriundas de vazamentos ou mofos. Já no quarto: a cama está bem danificada, há fios expostos, sem contar os pernilongos. Quanto ao banheiro: fui tomar banho e a agua quente quase não sai (meu filho de 10 anos nem quis tomar banho), o této do banheiro é um show de horores. Café da manhâ: pão de queijo gelado, queijo fresco estava com gosto estranho e uma baguete de frango estava geladíssima.
