We spent 4 nights at Cooks All Reception staff were really friendly Sorry can’t remember their names but there was a young lady with long dark hair & a lady on Reception with glasses & a very chic bob Always friendly and helpful Room was a good size with lovely balcony overlooking the pool Housekeeping was adequate TV was not great Know you don’t go on holiday to watch TV but as we are older, it would’ve been good to have more English channels available for the evening Main pool area had a DJ and bar The DJ played chilled music All ages will enjoy but crowd was mostly young in their 20s There’s a quiet pool which gets a lot of sun but it was a bit too exposed for us Food was mainly served in a dining hall & ordered via app This was a new concept to us and I have mixed views It obviously cuts down on food waste but some dishes were very small & some bigger than expected Overall I would say the food was ok Some dishes were tasty but not warm enough or the meat was too tough The pizzas were good but would’ve preferred an option to take just a slice of pizza rather than the whole pizza Some salads & desserts are buffet style & they were always fresh Man with dark hair & lady with blonde curly hair were always delightful We had 1 meal included at the grill Very good service but strange starters Green bean salad was literally just green beans & a huge portion Would rather have ate them with my steak rather than a starter As others have stated it seems strange that an Inclusive Plus has charges for some cocktails. I tried a porn star martini for around £6 and I wasn’t impressed so just stuck to the included list Only 1 type of beer included too but my husband liked it The surrounding area is not very good The nearby beach is very scrappy but lovely views We travelled to Corfu old town on the bus Cheap at €2.50 each but the bus was packed out and I would recommend a taxi if going at night Overall this hotel was perfect for our relaxing short break Food was quite monotonous so glad we were 4 nights rather than a week Should imagine that bars & dining would be extremely busy in high season Whole hotel is Aesthetically pleasing & great staff Definitely 4 star though rather than 5

Four night stay at all inclusive. Hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Could have had more evening entertainment and ability to try both carte restaurants would have been preferable instead on restricting to one. Understand if only in hotel 2 nights but for 4 or more should have larger options. Pool areas both lovely and no issues on sunbeds as long as not precious on same location.

We booked cooks club as a baby moon before we welcome our first child. We wanted a relaxing environment, some sunshine and good food. Cooks club Corfu gave us all of that and exceeded our expectations! The hotel is beautiful and well thought out. The interiors are stunning. We spent our time at the larger pool to the front of the hotel which played music throughout the day which was always really great. We found the app to order food really easy and liked that you could view the dishes in the main restaurant before you ordered them. There was plenty of variety for all of the meals as well as the poolside bar. The drinks menu had plenty of choice, and a lot of the drinks were able to be made non alcoholic which isn’t usually the case but very much appreciated. We hired a car from Hermes around the corner which was really useful and great service was received by Alex. We visited Corfu old town for a wander around the cobbled streets and visited a few beaches in the car. Our favourite place we visited was a small fishing town called Kassiopi where we had lunch by the water. Holidays are going to be very different for us going forward, but I would thoroughly recommend Cooks Club to friends and family for future holidays!

Review: This was our third visit to Cook’s Club in Corfu, and while we’ve always enjoyed the hotel, the weather has unfortunately been terrible every time — though, of course, that’s out of the hotel’s control! Arrival and Check-In: Check-in was smooth and welcoming; the staff immediately recognised us and gave us a warm welcome back, which was a lovely start to our stay. It’s always nice to feel like a valued guest, and the team at Cook’s Club really nails that. Hotel & Facilities: The location of the hotel is perfect, and this time, we hired a car to explore more of the island — a great decision, especially given the persistent rain and a significant electrical storm that knocked the power in and out. Despite the challenges, the hotel team kept us well-fed and ensured we had plenty of drinks, which helped keep spirits high. The new pool area is a fantastic addition, and we enjoyed dining at the new Smoke House restaurant, which was a highlight. Pool House Towels & Service: Unfortunately, our last day was marred by a delay at the pool house towels area. It was a rare sunny day after a week of bad weather, but the towel stand, which was supposed to open at 10 AM, didn’t open until 10:45. Several guests, including us, had to repeatedly ask for assistance as we were eager to enjoy the sunshine. Eventually, after multiple requests, someone addressed the issue. Additionally, we noticed that the quality of food at the pool bar wasn’t as good as it had been during our previous visits. Overall Impression: Despite some frustrations, we still appreciate the friendly staff, the relaxed atmosphere, and the hotel’s vibe. If we decide to return, we’ll hope for better weather and a few improvements in service.

Not what I was expecting from a supposed 5* resort. This should be rated 4* at best. Pros- The resort itself is stunning and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the decor and general feel of the place Very quiet in the pool area, great for relaxing. Generally clean and kept to a good standard throughout. Most of the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was very good Spa was excellent. Staff and service were exceptional. Cons- The pools are not heated and were cold during our stay in October. Not a pleasant experience to say the least! Queuing at the bar is a joke for a supposed 5* resort. 15 minute wait for a drink isn’t good. No table service anywhere in the resort. Inconsistent cocktails. Lack of variety with lots at extra cost. The cantina food offering for lunch and dinner lacks quality and finesse. I’d expect this from a 3* resort. It’s okay but not for the price I paid. The area around the resort is rundown and dirty - not pleasant at all. Evening entertainment was mostly good but started very late at times. Sunbeds were uncomfortable. The last day of our stay here was a shambles. 1st November 2024. Shut down the pool area and cleared sun beds before the guests had left. Manager Claimed the ‘all inclusive’ offering had ended for all guests on the 31st October at 23:59 despite are booking ending on 1st November PM. I raised this with the manager who was generally rude and dismissive. They seemed more concerned with closing the resort down for the season than the paying guests that were still in the resort. Some guests had to walk to the local petrol station to get drinks and snacks for the day. Shocking! The resort was clearly built to a 5* standard .. it’s just a shame everything else about it isn’t!

I stayed at the end of October. Weather was in it's high 20's with cloudless skies! However evening was quite chilly, long sleeves and trousers needed. Now on to the hotel: Pros: - Very clean and tidy - Loved the app to order food meaning no queue at a buffet like usual hotels. Buffet at breakfast which was great - Near enough food all day! Breakfast from 7am-10am, Bar Bites 11am-5pm, Lunch 12:30pm-7:00pm, Tea 7:00pm-9:30pm - Bar Bites are very nice and fresh. Range from loaded fries, burgers, baguettes and salads. - Restaurant food was very unique, traditional dishes. - Pizza oven, pizzas were amazing - Plenty of sun loungers, comfortable despite other reviews - CATS, so adorable! - Bus stop outside to take you to Corfu town for €5pp return Cons: - Food in restaurant can sometimes be cold - Food in restaurant can sometimes be bland - Cocktails were quite sweet but drinkable - If you're fussy with food, you might not like the food here. Perfect for me, but if you don't like traditional Greek/Turkish/Italian dishes not the best for you - Swim up/private pools weren't always in the sun however this could be time of year! Overall, I loved my time here. The best hotel I've been to for all inclusive. I will definitely be coming back!

Just waiting to leave after 6 brilliant days at cooks club corfu. I have to say, me and my partner were slightly apprehensive having read so many negative reviews but having experienced this hotel first hand I’m really glad that we didn’t let these reviews affect whether or not we came here. Aesthetically the entire hotel is amazing- from both pool areas, to the gym, to the rooms. For an all inclusive hotel the food was brilliant- both in terms of variety and quality. Loads of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as at the pool bar all afternoon! The choices change everyday and you order via an app (except at the pool bar where you order at the bar). The Greek options in particular were so good! As well as the pizzas which are made to order in a pizza oven! The salad bar at lunch time was the best I’ve seen in any hotel also! LOADS of options for drinks ranging from soft drinks, to cocktails, to hot drinks, to draught beer (it’s a Greek beer called Alfa which was very nice). The staff were friendly enough and although admittedly some were more friendly than others I wouldn’t describe any as “rude” like you might read in some other reviews. Coming in late October made getting sunbeds by the pool very easy but honestly wouldn’t be fair of me to comment on what it might be like in peak season. My only negatives were 1- As we were only here for 6 days we didn’t qualify for a meal at the Al La Carte restaurant which was disappointing as I don’t think it was super clear on the site that you had to be here for 7 days in order to get that (I could be wrong). The other slight disappointment is that on November 1st they officially switched from “all inclusive” to “just breakfast”. We knew this was going to be the case in advance so not a huge deal but from breakfast onwards there was no food available in the hotel meaning that us and other guests had to go to the local BP garage for snacks. There is VERY little to do within walking distance of the hotel however we got a 20 minute bus to Old Town Corfu (for €2.50 each) and there was LOADS to do there and I would 100% recommend that others visit there atleast once if they get the chance. Overall the holiday easily deserves 5 stars and I would not hesitate to come back or visit another cooks club hotel in the future!

The hotel is good, clean and well maintained with reasonable food and drink options. We had some problems with very noisy guests bringing non-residents back to the hotel and creating havoc until well into the early hours! The hotel did try to break up the party but one guy on his own stood no chance and despite his best efforts the row continued. There was not much information given at check in about how to access different restaurants, areas of the hotel and services and when we asked we were told to ask Guest Services who regularly were not there. Final point - as mentioned before, several times the two guys behind the Lobby bar are rude, ignorant and should quickly be removed. I am amazed that the hotel do not act upon this issue which has been raised multiple times?! Generally the other staff are excellent but completely let down by these guys (unless you are a single female who seem to get service with a smile?!)
