酒店位置很好，雖然離科孚島老城區有點遠，但距離海灘很近，房間設施還可以，洗澡水比較小，早餐還不錯，比較豐盛；服務比較熱情周到，可以幫客人預訂出租車。

This is a basic 3 star accommodation in the centre of a slightly run down Gouvia which has been built on a postage stamp. Although our apartment was clean and modern, we were very disappointed with the balcony as there was no privacy due to the buildings being set at 45 degrees to each other, meaning the balconies where overlooked from all angles. { like living in a goldfish bowl }. The photos of the restaurant and pool area are deceiving as the restaurant is really small with a very average breakfast and the pool area, which doesn't belong to the Palotel, is dirty and smelly in places. All in all not for us as the term " Luxury " does not apply to this accommodation.

The most amazing place people and food!!! Vicky, Spyros, Ranis, Syprolituna, Simona were the gold standard of customer service. Thank you to Spyros for serving up the yummy waffles and ice cream! Vicky and her team made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. Thank you to Rania for always checking in on breakfast and keeping us happy! Highly recommend Gouvia and the Palotel hotel.

Η διαμονή μου στο Palotel ήταν μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια ξεκούραστη και ευχάριστη διαμονή.Η πισίνα ήταν από τα καλύτερα σημεία του ξενοδοχείου – καθαρή, ήρεμη και ιδανική για χαλάρωση οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος προσεγμένος και με ωραία ατμόσφαιρα.Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, κάνοντάς με να νιώσω ευπρόσδεκτος από την πρώτη στιγμή.Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για όσους θέλουν μια ήρεμη και ποιοτική απόδραση!

Κατά τη διαμονή μας στο Palotel στην Κέρκυρα, η πισίνα ήταν ένα από τα σημεία που ξεχώρισαν! Είναι ιδιαίτερα καθαρή, καλοσυντηρημένη και με όμορφο περιβάλλον γύρω της. Ο χώρος είναι ήσυχος, ιδανικός για χαλάρωση, με άνετες ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες που προσφέρουν αρκετή σκιά. Η θερμοκρασία του νερού ήταν ιδανική, ούτε πολύ κρύο ούτε ζεστό, κάτι που μας επέτρεψε να απολαύσουμε τις βουτιές μας οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας. Το μέγεθος της πισίνας είναι ικανοποιητικό, τόσο για όσους θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν όσο και για όσους θέλουν να κάνουν λίγο κολύμπι Γενικά, η πισίνα του Palotel είναι μια πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη — ιδανική για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια και παρέες που θέλουν να απολαύσουν στιγμές χαλάρωσης στο νησί.

Έμεινα στο Palotel στην Κέρκυρα και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν προσεγμένο, άνετο και καθαρό, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό. Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα η πισίνα, η οποία ήταν καθαρή και ήσυχη, ιδανική για χαλάρωση μετά τις βόλτες. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά σε παραλία, εστιατόρια και καταστήματα. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναδιάλεγα!!!

Wonderful stay here at the Palotel, the loveliest, friendliest staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location for the beach and all the lovely tavernas. We had a nice quiet room on the top floor, you could see the sea from the balcony. You can sit out the front in the evening and enjoy and ice cream or a cocktail. We had the most delicious baklava and orange pie one night. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The hotel arranged a beautiful birthday cake and some wine for my husbands birthday, which was a lovely surprise. The perfect stay, we had a wonderful holiday, thank you.
