I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo lo scorso fine settimana. La camera è essenziale, letto, tavolino con una sedia, due comodini, armadio e un televisore. La camera e il bagno erano puliti. Unico grosso neo la vasca lunga invece della doccia che costringe a lavarsi con difficoltà. Personale educato e che parla anche l'italiano. Per 154 euro senza colazione può andare bene.

Comitiva di studenti in gita didattica. Le camere comunicate dall'agenzia non corrispondono a quelle consegnate dall'hotel, invece che da 3/4 persone, assegnano anche camere da 5 così da assegnare meno stanze e permettere ad altri clienti di riempire l'albergo. Non corretto. Le stanze 55,56,57 nel seminterrato odorano di muffa e sono umide come.se si fossero recentemente allagate (segni sulle porte). Non dovrebbero essere dedicate all'alloggio. Non è possibile spostare le persone visto che l'albergo è pieno e offrono solo per alcuni il.pernottamento in un albergo a 200 m. Non accettiamo perché impossibile dividere un gruppo di studenti minorenni. In un letto viene trovato un calzino probabilmente di un cliente precedente.

Sehr gute Küche mit einem sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Koch. Zimmer waren in der Kategorie entsprechend. Absolut freundliches Personal. Sehr hilfreich bei allen Belangen. Sehr gute Lage. Kurze Wege in die Skigebiete und nach Innsbruck.

Noi ci hanno messo nella struttura distaccata In camera non c’era telefono per comunicare con la struttura principale Dove eravamo noi praticamente eravamo abbandonati! I asked for a room change and was refused, I was arrogantly told that it was not possible because there was no one at the reception. Incredible, in a hotel that I paid over €90 for just one night. I do not recommend and will ask friends to review negatively. I do not recommend

It was a really bad place. Every euro was a euro too much. We had a double room for €100 a night and felt like we were in a hostel. The shower was broken, the carpet was ancient and disgusting. Running the whole place as a three-star hotel is like a bad joke.

A 5 night group stay from August 12 to 17. I came back covered in bedbug bites. We had room 211 and it was the bed on the door side that was infested with bedbugs. With the hot and stormy weather every night I thought about mosquitoes. This hotel is not serious because another participant in a group in July also had this very unpleasant problem!!!! Pleasant staff. Identical deserts all 5 days.
