Very rude staff. The manager talked to us as we were infants. And when they unrightfully took our money, they refused to pay us back. The manager just said “not my problem. Bye bye”. He wouldn’t even engage in a dialogue. Stay away!

Nach einer langen Reise war ich endlich in Göttingen angekommen und hatte ein Zimmer im Adesso gebucht. Automatenhotels waren mir bis dahin neu gewesen. Doch zum Glück war der Empfang sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Assistierte beim einchecken und ankommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück am nächsten reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Daher werde ich bestimmt beim nächsten Besuch das Adesso wieder buchen.
