The service was very poor. I booked two rooms, but they were divided into two places. In the end, I had to pay again to stay in both places. There were bugs crawling on the walls in the room. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.

The room was beautiful because it was in the new building! The grounds were also beautiful with illuminations, so I enjoyed it. I chose breakfast, and everything was delicious and there was a wide variety, so I was satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I go to Gotemba.

The hotel is located in Gotemba Kogen Building. Gotemba is considered a tourist attraction. After all, there is nothing to do in Gotemba except the outlet. However, there are two or three hot springs near this hotel. I went to Kirakubo and it was nice. There is a light show at night. You can also visit various small shops during the day. There are bakeries, coffee shops, cocoa shops, and light food shops. You can arrange to stay here for one or two days. It is also convenient to go to the outlet. It is quiet and comfortable. The price is still very cheap.

It's a very clear and beautiful place. You can take pictures of Mount Fuji here. It's a resort area and it's also a peaceful town at night. It's a good choice to come here to enjoy the scenery.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and gave easy-to-understand explanations.
The room smelled moldy from the moment we entered.
It looks old, and maybe it can't be helped considering the low price.
