The staff at this premier inn were really friendly and greeted us warmly every morning for breakfast! The place itself was very standard for a premier inn, the room was clean yet basic but had everything we needed for our stay. We chose this hotel as the location was near to family members that we were visiting, but it wasn’t really near anything else of note apart from some shops across the road and a pub next door so may not be a good choice if you were visiting for a holiday. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

free carpark warm welcome by polite, calm and professional staff smooth check-in air conditioning, good sized room, comfy bed, well equipped with hooks and hangers for clothes pay for ultimate WIFI next to ice rink and leisure centre, Starbucks. close to Mark and spencer and mcdonald. near children playground.

From the warmest welcome by the night receptionist to the friendly greetings from all staff we were made to feel like we were the most important people in the world. The room was impeccably clean. There was free access to extra tea and coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay there again.

Room drab and felt dirty, net curtains on window poorly fitted. Bathroom towel rail rusty and toilet seat marked. Breakfast facilities inadequate and poor quality food. Building in general looks tired and requires complete overhaul. Would not stay here again.

All the staff, especially Charlene and Lee at Breakfast were outstanding ! I enjoyed the Classic English Breakfast which was freshly cooked, piping hot and, after a second helping, really set me up for the day. I look forward to my next visit.

This was our first stay at this premier Inn in we weren't disappointed. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are lovely and clean and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is great and really fresh. I would definitely stay here again.
