Die Unterkunftwar sehr dreckig, Spinnenweben überall ,Wände sehr dreckig ,sehr verdreckt Heizkörper , Matte Eingang eigendlich nur noch zur Entsorgung geeignet,Fußboden war dreckig bei Ankunft , Staub überall , haben es angemerkt sollte alles am nächsten Tag gereinigt werden ,wurde aber nicht und total feucht und alles Klamm , Gulligeruch beim Zimmer betreten trotz offener Fenster bei Ankunft und die Tage danach auch trotz lüften., Bad oberflächlich gereinigt , Fliesen sparkig und verdreckt . Jeden Tag nur Auf Backbrötchen ala Lidl, wässeriges Rührei, Abendessen top , freundliches Personal , trotzdem keine 3 Sterne wert sorry

Das Hotel ist an sich durchschnittlich, allerdings ist das Personal, das Restaurant und die Organisation unterirdisch schlecht. Es wurden 30% aller Bestellungen im Restaurant fehlerhaft aufgenommen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist leider Standard TK essen, und man zahlt trotzdem knapp 24€ für ein TK Schnitzel. Käsespätzle wurden einmal mit und einmal ohne Käse geliefert. Das Hotel Personal musste mehrfach nachhaken weil für Bestellungen vergessen wurde nach den Zimmernummern zu fragen. Es ist ständig Personal zum Tisch gekommen und wollte Essen bringen welches keiner bestellt hatte. Nach dem aus-checken aus dem Hotel ist das Personal nochmal hinter her gelaufen weil dann plötzlich doch noch Rechnungen vom Essen offen waren.

Ein kleines aber schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Man konnte schön auf der Therasse sitzen und Endspannen. Von der Therasse aus hatte man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden damit.

Ville gerne anbefale, men…
Stedet var godt, værelset rent og en dejlig bred og komfortabel seng. Personalet var flinke, men tysk punklighed manglede, vi ventede næsten en time på vores aftensmad, adspurgt sagde de, at de ikke havde glemt os, men efter forespørgslen kom der gang i tingene. Morgenmadsrestauranten skulle åbne kl. 8, men. Der gik 10 minutter, før der. Lev åbnet, og da var alt ikke kommet på plads endnu. Jeg ville gerne anbefale Mein Bergblick, men det er svært, når man ikke føler, at de lever op til en normal standard for service.

Kein Koch, nur Tiefkühlware, drei Gerichte abends die ganze Woche immer gleich! Unfreundliches Personal, total überfordert! Morgens fehlte die Butter, auf Nachfrage mehrerer Gäste wurde etwas Butter nachgereicht. Abendessen mussten wir eine halbe Stunde länger warten, weil die bestellten Spaghetti "frisch gemacht werden mussten" lt. Aussage einer Servicekraft.
