Horrible run down old hotel. Dirty carpets, stinky rooms, hot tub n pool areas gross. Courtyard filled with weeds. Keycard entry doors don’t work, propped open with sticks. Breakfast reuses old reheated food. Definitely not a nice place to stay. No elevator, parking lot filled with massive holes guaranteed to break your car axle. Do NOT stay here.

Very friendly greeting at front desk. The mattress sagged on left and frame creaked. Sofa bed also sagged and was difficult to sit on. Breakfast was minimal although had waffles. Coffee was not great Ok for one night. They are undergoing some remodeling.

Horrible service, smelled like stale cigarettes in the halls and all of the carpets were stained. Staff were all rude and would not assist us in checking out of the room. They kept telling us to come back when the next shift is working. Room smelled like pot. Walls and ceilings were literally falling apart. Bath tub had no grips, but could tell where they were previously. Shower head was filthy, doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. Nasty hotel. Horrible service. 0 stars!

Never gave us what we requested or paid for. We had downstairs. They put us upstairs. Supposed to have a king bed. Had a queen bed. A tub was full of mold it was or just yeah I'm not interested in going back

Amazing staff!
The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The beds not so much. Thin, hard, outdated mattresses that were only a few feet off from the floor. The room was clean. The pool was unusable as it was FREEZING! It is NOT a heated pool and if it is, the heat was off! Both the pool and the hot tub need updated and resurfaced. The breakfast offered was okay. Typical Continental breakfast offerings. It could use some bananas and oatmeal.

I tried to cancel this reservation last week due to unforeseen events. The person I spoke to refused to do so because I did not have a confirmation number! I NEVER RECEIVED ONE!! Consequently I was not able to cancel. I have blocked payment. Awful experience!!! I will not use again.
