What. Can I say apart from the location in Gosau. And the beautiful mountains view. That's about it... I Came in a bit late, I emailed the hotel they were quick to respond upon checking in I realised that the pillow were to soft (i had sleep apnea) there are no telephone in the room I had to come down to talk to the reception. She bluntly said "I am sorry I can't help u with the pillow you can fold it into half and sleep" I m ready to go back as its almost 9 pm and no one is here" huh so much of hospitality I think the hotel should train their staff better this young girl who looked like a part timer is just not suited to be in hospitality industry. We booked the room with bfast and dinner the food selection were OK, nothing extra ordinary... the waiter was rude and not helpful when I asked about the menu he was more irritated ...but kudos to the chef and the cook department they were helpful and 1 particular guy who were manning the bar is superb he tried his best to accommodate us. If this hotel were to be located in Asia you ll close it in 1 month. The second nite i was there someone was smoking at the balcony why do you allow ppl to smoke in a such beautiful area i had headache from smelling the stench. Cooee management you are lucky to have this location but your service team suck. I don't think I will even recommend your hotel to other tour operators
