Excellent. We stayed in a private apartment inside the hotel. We had access to all the facilities, hotel restaurant, bar, gymnasium and spa, sauna and pool at no extra cost. Our apartment was equipped with a small kitchen, but we didn't do any cooking. Choosing instead to eat at the hotel, buffet style. They do a breakfast and evening meal special for 90 Euros per day for 2 people. The staff were excellent, especially Anca and Stephan. I had injured my back during my stay and they, very kindly crushed some ice for me to put on my swollen back. I can't fault anything about the hotel, everything was superb and very well situated for sightseeing in Hallstatt and Bad Ischl and Salzburg.

Its a perfect familly hotel. Why familly? Because the all-inclusive deal in the restaurant. You can eat even on the garden. The hotel has a little bit older style of the rooms, but it didnt matter - the scenery is breathtaking. The hotel has a great surrounding, playground, tennis field and you can even try archery... Really familly treasure...

Wir haben die ausgezeichnete Küche und das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal (alle Berufsgruppen) sehr genossen. Ein Highlight war z. B. der griechische Abend, aber auch die Einladung zu einem Cocktail. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche - innen, außen, vorne, hinten - tragen zur Gemütlichkeit bei. Nach der Tageswanderung war der Saunabereich mit Liegemöglichkeit im Freien ein Hochgenuss! Wir können das Vitalhotel wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Hatten Seminar mit ca. 60 Personen. Der Direktor oder Restaurantleiter Stefan ist sehr umsichtig, war bei jeder Pause selbst anwesend. Essen hatten wir für so viele Personen als Buffet - trotzdem absolut frisch, sogar der Fisch war noch auf den Punkt. Großes Lob an Küche! Aber auch das Service war sehr nett! Einige Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber 100% sauber, da kann man wohl über dies etwas hinweg sehen. Tolle wunderschöne Lage.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal im Vitalhotel zu Gast und waren jedes mal begeistert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der superfreundliche Service und das hervorragende Essen. Wir haben über Hofer Reisen gebucht und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, da man in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Skibus beim Lift ist. Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurden jeden Tag sauber geputzt. Außerdem positiv anmerken möchten wir die freundliche Atmosphäre im Hotel, da mit uns gleichzeitig Schulklassen anwesend waren, die uns aber nicht gestört haben, da die Kinder sehr höflich und ruhig waren. Kein Rennen am Gang oder nächtliche Ruhestörungen! Es war ein wirklich entspannter und gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.
