Breath taking postcard views, gorgeous historic home with stunning rooms, refreshing pool, and wonderful meals. Staff extremely attentive to all needs, makes you feel at home. The whole towne of Gosau is beautiful, the way the world should be! Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights this week and we fell in love! What a gem! The food was absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend buying the breakfast and dinner addition for your stay. We had a delicious 5 course meal every night - even the kids loved it (especially the soups). Our kids are 11 and 3 and really enjoyed running over to the playground in between courses during the meals. We met the sweetest Austrian family vacationing here as well and it was a highlight. The view from the hotel is incredible. We fully enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The location is close to get to Gosausee lake, Hallstatt, Hallstatt Saltmine and Dachstein Giant Ice Cave. We also ran up to the toboggan about 30 minutes from here and the kids loved that. Such a wonderful family vacation off the beaten path.

This is THE place to stay if you wish to experience the very best of Upper Austria. Ideally located amidst breathtaking pastoral scenery, the property is a meticulously maintained mansion that radiates charm and elegance. The service is truly exceptional. Wunderbare kulinarische und entspannende Auszeit in einer Landvilla aus dem späten 19. Jhdt.. Besonders nette Gastgeberfamilie! Besonders fein und gut kuratierte Weinkarte. Unvergleichlicher Blick auf den Gosaukamm. Für Schifahrer ideal, da es sehr gute Schischuhtrockner gibt und das Haustaxi die Gäste zum Lift bringt und auf telefonischen Zuruf von dort auch wieder abholt. Feines Familienschigebiet von Rußbach über Gosau bis nach Annaberg. In Annaberg kann man sogar den immer fertig präparierten Trainingshang von Marcel Hirscher bewundern. Dort dürfen nur Spitzenathleten ihre Trainingseinheiten in der Früh machen.

We have been visiting - and staying at - Landhaus Kolle rfor over 12 years or so and we consider this unique hotel as our extended home - and we only hope hey consider us as members of their extended family... The Koller family - Manuela, Gorttfried and Maximilian - do everything (!!) to make our stay as memorable as the previous one... ND THGEY lways succeed :) Time slows down when you enter the front gateand you know the very first moment that the breafast a nd the dinner will always be memorable...You'd better forget the bathroom scale for the time being....
