Unfreundlich, schlechter Service und Frühstück
Enttäuschend! Das düstere Grau / Schwarze, etwas plüschige Ambiente muss man mögen oder auch nicht. Jedoch völlig unmotivierter, gelangweilter etwas überheblicher Rezeptionist, geht gar nicht! Restaurant am Samstagabend - geschlossen-!
Frühstück: 09.00Uhr Buffett leer, alles muß erbeten werden. Kein Obst, kein Joghurt Eier erst auf Nachfrage, Kaffeetassen erst auf Nachfrage.
Schlechtester Service auf unserer 10 tägigen Polenreise. Keine Weiterempfehlung!

Good three star hotel about 19 minutes walk from the station. Everything easily handled at reception. Room was OK, smaller size single with desk, tea/coffee making facilites and bottle of water. Bathroom in good condition, only nag was a bit of a tight squeeze into the shower. Breakfast was good, though my table was cleared (including best part of a full cup of coffee) during the minute or so I went back to get some more food!

In Nähe Innenstadt. Sauberes ansprechendes Hotel. Hervorragendes vielfältiges Frühstücksbüffet. Probleme mit Restaurant Öffnungszeiten. Restaurant Essen sehr schmackhaft und sehr freundliche Bedienung.

We have stopped there for business stop first time and probably last time. Price for stay was quite high but I have realised earlier that Gorzów doesn't have enough hotels and competition. To be honest I would give good review but because water pressure I can't. Either me or my colleague had problem to wash itself. Hotel wants to save money setting minimum water pressure but this is anoying and spoiling all advantages of hotel. Not this way please. We are in business. We need to take fast shower and go further. Not spend 10 minutes in bathroom. Please fix it and next time I will change my review.

Ein modern eingerichtetes Stadthotel mit ansprechender Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer und das Haus machen insgesamt einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. ABER: Wassergläser mit kaputten Rändern, mehrfach verschmierte Salz- und Pfefferstreuer und Serviettenboxen sowie halb-kaltes Rührei zeigen: Das Frühstückspersonal ist nicht aufmerksam und es ist ihnen egal. AUSSERDEM: Keine tägliche Zimmer-/Badezimmer-Reinigung! Wenn man das Zimmer reinigen lassen will und das Schild raushängt, kommt niemand! Das ist rücksichtslos und inakzeptabel. #fail Anhand verschiedener Punkte sieht man: Das Hotel hat wirtschaftliche Probleme - z. B. eine kaputte Parkplatz-Schranke, ein Fahrstuhl, der mal geht und mal nicht, kaputte Bodenfliesen, fehlende Türklinken. Nur oberflächlich schick REICHT NICHT! Nur bedingt eine Empfehlung :-/
