Расположен хоть и далековато от исторического центра но удобный подъезд, имеется большая парковка. До центра на машине 10 минут. Завтрак однообразный довольно скудный. Номер чистый.

Friends were earlier than us, they highly praised the Rublev Hotel and recommended it to us, I did not see any ideal in the hotel. I saw and heard the administration’s communication with people who permanently reside in the hotel, the attitude is disgusting. It happened that the administrator was completely absent all day and it was not possible to find her. We left the keys at the reception and for a long time we could not pick up the keys to enter our room. The floors are dirty and near the administration there is a lot of water spilled, it is very slippery. I understand the month of November is snowy and rainy, but it’s advisable to take care of the floors. Somehow I don’t want the children to go to the traumatology department instead of competing. And elderly women live in the hotel, there is a woman who walks with the help of a stick. In the evening it is very dark on the first floor; the lights on the stairs are not turned on in time. In the corridor near the cooler there is a very unpleasant smell of a heavy smoker; the children felt the smell almost near the door, going down the stairs. Very small refrigerator in the room. What can I say about the advantages of the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Bathrobe, slippers, white clean towels. The water is hot, the floor is warm. The room is very warm. Large TVs, free internet. If the room runs out of water, there is a cooler with cold water on the floor. If your things are wrinkled, there is an iron on the floor, without any difficulty your things are perfect. The rooms are cleaned daily. Clean bedding sets. The floor corridors smell of bleach, sanitary standards are provided. Large parking. Taxis arrive very quickly and charge a small fee for the trip. The hotel can work better if the staff is slightly adjusted and the staff who are unable to cope with their responsibilities are replaced. Friends came in August - September and everything seemed to be perfect. Clean, comfortable. It's a shame they were fed better than us.
