After renovation in April 2022, 43 comfortable rooms are available for our guests, ranging from single rooms to family rooms, with the possibility of settling up to five people. Breakfast is included in the price, as well as lunches and dinners for organized groups on additional request. All rooms are equipped with TVs and refrigerators. The bathroom comes with free toiletries. A hairdryer is provided free of charge upon request. The superior rooms have air conditioning and a hairdryer.

Простой, но чистый и теплый отель. Останавливались семьей на одну ночь. Номер новый чистый, тёплый. Недалеко есть новые ЖК, где много кафе и кофейня. Завтрак тоже норм, подкрепится в дорогу можно. Рекомендую этот отель. Хорошее сочетание цена-качество. Персонал доброжелательный. Отелю желаю процветания и больше гостей.

前台服務態度很差，所有證件手續都有，還是要找各種證件的問題，不想給辦理入住，還説不想住可以走，我們的證件都正常所以不得不給我們辦理入住。當時比較晚了，周圍也沒有合適的酒店，衹能住這裏。第二天還説你們衹訂了一天，今天必須走。服務太差了，以後不會再來這家酒店。

酒店各方麪條件都好，尤其要説的是酒店工作人員責任心強。晚上我都要睡覺了，有人來敲門，我聽不懂俄語，不知道是誰敲門，就不給他開。接着，他敲了又敲，又説了好多話，説到“car”，我明白了，説我的車呢，於是開門，弄清楚了，是我的車大燈沒關。趕緊和那位穿着運動服的長者家下樓。第二天臨出發前，我和那位長者家合影留念，謝謝，北部酒店！

Ну, отель Норд расстроил, расположение вроде не плохое, но с одной стороны трасса с другой дворы, в которых любят потусить молодежь, кондиционеров нет( нам повезло, что было не сильно жарко) на окнах маскиток нет. Воды горячей вечером на дождались, утром спустя минут 20 пошла горячая. В туалете бегают маленькие тараканчики, ну может это такой подарок нам был хз, а вот на счёт подарков….. ПО ВСЕМУ НОМЕРУ валялись женские,чёрные волосы( это не наши, все блондины)) абсолютно везде, может до нас там была драка какая то или это презент нам, спасибо, что на полу хоть не спали. Завтрак ни о чём…. Вообщем думайте сами, может это нам так не повезло

Отличная гостиница. Часто останавливаемся. Есть парковка. Кормят хорошо. Находясь в гостинице Норд даже Вагнер был не страшен. Всем советую. До центра 15 минут езды. Отличный персонал. Рядом магазин Пятёрочка.
