Хороший отель . Ехали в Москву , с ночевкой в Воронеже. Выбрали этот отель по отзывам . 90% отзывов совпали . Номера чистые, не считая ковролина на полу. Но об этом пишут все, поэтому мы знали об этом . Матрас удобный, завтраки хорошие .

Хороший сетевой отель со спокойным сервисом. Подходит для путешественников на машине, удобный съезд с трассы М-4. Постепенно улучшаются номера (ремонтируются), персонал обучен. Из неприятного - отсутствие многих позиций в меню ресторана.

Это был прекрасный летний вечер, возвращался, с семьёй, с отдыха из Геленджика, на этом почти все плюсы... Заказали номер люкс ещё до поездки. При заселении нам достался номер 313. О, круто 2 комнаты + камин ))) Войдя в номер почувствовали запах старости и люксом он был лет этак 10-15 назад. Решил заглянуть в шкаф для одежды, там был запах, как будто какая-то бабуля хранит там свои панталоны и только перед нашим приездом убрала их оттуда. Но это ещё ничего, можно и не развешивать одежду когда заехали переночевать. Самая жесть начинается (у людей с арахнофобией) когда хочешь посмотреть что там за окном,там пауки, много, большие и тут взгляд переводишь под потолок и там тоже они. Не таки большие, но они там... И это люкс. Персонал принял нашу неприязнь к этим восьмилапым и переселил в другой номер (извенившись за предоставленные неудобства), но не люкс, т.к. отель заполнен. В общем неприятные ощущения, но повторюсь персонал понял и принял то, что нам доставило неудобства.

Из плюсов: приятный запах, отличный дизайн в номере. Из минусов: 1. Неклиентоориентированный персонал. Есть вопрос и односложный ответ. Хочешь что-то узнать-спроси, в остальном информации никакой не узнаешь) 2. Парковка: 250 рублей в сутки - об этом нигде не написано, узнаете по факту, если спросите: куда сдать парковочную карту. 3. Не было зубной пасты, потому что «У нас это положено, но сейчас мы не выдаем». 4. Номер: простынь отдельно, пододеяльник отдельно-так как жарко и отель не заправляет. На тумбочках следы от стаканов. 5. Кухня: принесли бефстроганов с холодной картошкой-пюре. 6. В ванной только один дозатор «шампунь/гель». Не рекомендую данный отель. Не стоит своих денег.

Останавливались на одну ночь, по пути из Адыгеи в Москву. Плюсы: чистота, белоснежные полотенца и постель. Очень вкусный завтрак шведский стол. На приличном уровне ресторан за доп. плату. Вежливый персонал. Минусы: ремонт отеля в стиле 2000 года, отсюда ржавчина в санузле, на сантехнике и душевой кабине. Отсутствие москитных сеток на окнах. Шум от автомобильной дороги. Стоянка для авто за доп плату. Очень шумный холодильник в номере. За номер на двоих отдали 3400 руб с завтраком.

Место, где можно отдохнуть и получить массу положительных впечатлений. В отеле для работает все самое необходимое: ресторан, бильярд, сауна. Персонал очень доброжелательный и приветливый. Хочется поблагодарить персонал отеля за их труд, за то, что они делают все возможное для того, чтобы отдых гостей был комфортным. Мне очень понравился номер в котором я остановился.
