房間是一套俄羅斯的套房，每一層也就五個左右房間，房間比較小，但是很精緻，比較乾淨。
入住時就會選擇相應早餐，第二天以這些為主，還會有些水果供選擇。
到這裏時間比較晚，出發時間很早，有一頓早餐沒辦法享用。 一樓大堂有三個桌球桌，可以打打桌球，吃飯在負一樓。感覺比較小，但是服務員和前台前台服務都不錯。精緻，又感覺相對温暖，適合入住。

Добрый день! Останавливались в НеЧаев в мае 2017г. Посоветовали друзья. Отель просто супер! Чистый, аккуратный, уютный , семейный. Были с ребёнком 1 годик. Персонал внимательный настолько , что даже спросили , когда дочка спит днём, чтоб не пылесосить в это время! Предугадывают все желания ! Еда вкусная ! Девушки на ресепшене- просто умнички, профессионалы и очень душевные люди ! Спасибо всему коллективу за отличный отдых! Удачи и процветания !

Отель в промзоне . Расположен в обычной жилой пятиэтажке . На парковке раздолбанные жигули жильцов дома . Ехали с моря, приехали поздно , дверь была закрыта, администратор видимо спала . Заселили в номер за 4500 ₽, номер прокуренный , все какое то убитое . Не понравилось категорически . Никак не можем найти отель для остановки по пути домой . То ехать вглубь города, то вот такое недоразумение , а еще 3 звезды себе нарисовали

Уютный, компактный, чистый отель. С удобной мебелью и всеми удобствами. Отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Были на ужине и на завтраке. Заказывали дистанционно по высланным нам меню, когда ещё были в пути. По приезду всё было приготовлено. Очень сытно и вкусно, большие порции. Это касается и завтрака. Очень понравилось. Рекомендую.

Месторасположение отеля по пути на Волгоград было очень удобно. Тихий и спокойный район города, в 10 минутах на такси от центра. Маленький номер, но троем плюс йорк разместились без проблем. В номере все необходимое есть. Без грибка, плесени и иной живности. Бесплатная парковка. Небольшой ассортимент (скудный) на завтрак, но яйчницу приготовили без проблем, сетевики иной раз кроме омлета предложить альтернативы не могут. Так, что свои три звезды отель отрабатывает, наша оценка 4. Мы останавливались в номере на 1 этаже, в будни. Напротив номера, в холле, стоят бильярдные столы, мы не уверены, что при пользовании данных столов будет спокойная ночь в номерах на 1 этаже. Учитывайте данный момент.

Мы были проездом и нам нужно было просто переночевать. Отель в жилом доме, с отдельным входом. Промзона.Через дорогу есть продовольственные магазины, это большой плюс, не смотря на район. Наш номер не соответствовал фото отеля. Номер прокуренный. Старый ковролин. Уехали раньше чем планировали. Персонал доброжелательный.
