Останавливались на одну ночь проездом, к отелю замечаний нет, персонал приветливый в номере чисто. А вот к общепиту типа ресторан вопросов набралось! Пришли в 19:00 заказали все из детского меню, два куриных супа, три пюре с котлетой и оливье, в этом заведении когда мы делали заказ ни кого не было, затем в процессе ожидания может еще три пары, не сказать что они были загружены полной посадкой. Через 20 минут ожидания уточнил у официантки когда принесут, сказала еще готовятся, когда прошло 35 минут пошел уже к администратору данного заведения, та в свою очередь на вопрос когда подадут начала уточнять когда сделали заказ говорит все готовится по технологическим картам))) в итоге вынесли два супа и одну порцию пюре с котлетой ребенку. Разрезав котлету она оказалась сырая!!!! Фото прилагаю!!! Администратор с невозмутимым лицом, извините переделаем))) не стали рисковать еще раз, сказали приготовить сосиски с пюре, итог три порции второго получили через 50 минут с момента первоначального заказа. Попросил книгу отзывов, принесли без капли расстройства, так как книга у них с 2020 когда администратором не ведется при том что она работает 16 лет!!! Не ответила ни на один отзыв, печатий нет, просто наплевать им, фото прилагаю. На утро встретился с управляющим данного заведения, тот принес свои извинения, сказал что такое бывает))) на вопрос про сырую котлету!! А то что книга не ведется, говорит мы отвечаем в интернете))) вообщем на все им плевать на соблюдение законов, на гостей, получают деньги с людей и не переживают!!! Ни кому не советую данный общепит!!!! Надеюсь управляющий Денис и администратор Кристина со стажем 16лет тут прокомментируют.

Отличный отель вдали от шумного центра, с видом на лес и парк. Вежливый персонал. Идеальная чистота и ежедневная влажная уборка в номере. Номера новые, большие, тёплые (даже без отопления), кровати удобные. Есть даже зеркало перед унитазом :) Правда, нет горячего полотенцесушителя. Шумоизоляция средняя, но на этот случай спасают беруши. Шторы на окнах плотные, есть москитные сетки. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак с секретом: по желанию можно отдельно заказать яичницу-глазунью, но об этом вам никто не скажет, если сами не спросите :) Есть свой закрытый парк с лавочками и фонтанами, где можно отдохнуть в тишине и послушать пение птиц. В двух шагах от гостиницы есть "Пятёрочка". До центра легко добраться на такси. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова.

Один из лучших вариантов для остановки в Воронеже. Чистые номера, всегда белоснежное бельё, на завтраке ждёт большое разнообразие, в любое время суток, когда бы не приехали в ресторане всегда ждут и вкусно накормят, ресторан при отеле круглосуточный, своя большая парковка, есть тренажерный зал, прачечная, персонал вежлив и обходителен.

Было забронировано 2 номера в отеле, для семей с детьми, при бронировании не предупредили, что нужны оригиналы документов на всех членов семьи, включая маленьких детей. В итоге приехав в отель в 21:00 уставшими, остановится планировали на одну ночь. Администратор отказала в заселении, требуя оригиналы документов, фото с телефона, почему то даму не устроили. Мы объясняли, что документы глубоко в чемодане в машине, и ради одной ночи, разгружать машину,все вытаскивать не хотим. Клиентоориентированность отсутствует на прочь. Благо отелей в Воронеже много, нашли прекрасный отель.
