Отель очень классный. Я очень стеснительный, но мне удалось познакомиться с девушками именно тут, так как в реальной жизни я мало кому интересен. Другой момент - очень плохое место. Сейчас, когда идет война против нас - украинцев, тут в Ростове на улице Шаумяна стало еще больше бездомных и неадекватных. Утром я вышел на переулок Соборный - и тут же ко мне пристали и побили. Место плохое - отель шикарный.

Остановились по дороге в Крым. Ничуть не пожалели о выборе именного этого отеля. Персонал необыкновенно дружелюбный, повысили нам категорию номера, это приятный бонус, встретили радушно, предлодили отужинать в ресторане. Сейчас очень мало мест, где радушно встречают. На обратном пути у нас был запланирован другой отель, мы отменили и остановились в этом. Это все преамбула. Важно, очень импонирует система завтраков. Сеты выбираешь из четырех вариантов. Удобно скомпанованные предложения завтрака. При этом еще предлагается стол с напитками и сладостями. Номера удобно утсроены, оборудованы кофеваркой и чайником. Чистенько и удобненько. Важно, кровать удобная, жесткость средняя, спина не проваливается. Есть меню подушек. Ресторан на 7 этаже достоин отдельного описания. Блюда подаются красиво оформлены. Мы брали преимущественно рыбные. Уха из судака и сома прекрасно собрана. Все компоненты правильной консистенции. Стейк из сома с пюре восхитителен. Рыбка приготовлена так, что нет запаха реки. Селедочка, отдельная песня!

Я в шоке) Это не 5-ка, это хорошая 3-ка) Приехала в ночи уставшая после дороги, если бы чувствовала себя получше, переезжала бы. Грязные номера. Отбитые углы, ужасная душевая в которую страшно заходить, кровать(заказывала одну большую, по факту 2 матраса и перемычка по середине. Завтраки и это отдельная песня. Заказала в номер, Завтрак 39, получилось 2000₽, по виду и по вкусу что не тянет на эту сумму. Вишенкой на торте был официант. Говорю, запишите на номер, ответ мне был, либо наличные либо перевод мне на карту, у нас пересменка. Простите а меня это каким образом должно касаться? Или это бизнес по русски нынче такой? Даже чайник грязный ♀️ Полотенца и халаты серые. Плюсы парковка.

Селилась тут на три дня и две ночи, хорошо отдохнула. Вай-фай правда немного подлагивал, но быстро починили, через час все без проблем работало, смогла зайти в сеть. Комнаты чистые, постельное меняется вовремя, персонал вежливый. Есть мини-бар в каждом номере, насколько я поняла. В моем, по крайнее мере, точно был, но выбор напитков как-то не прям чтоб поразил, сойдет.

Очень хороший, уютный отель в самом сердце города Ростов! Вежливый персонал, чистые комфортные номера, удобная кровать. Имеется парковка, что очень важно, когда отель в центре. Завтрак выше всяких похвал, на выбор несколько вариантов от шеф повара вкусно и красиво! Очень понравилось пребывание в отеле, с удовольствием вернусь снова и буду рекомендовать друзьям!
