Хочу рассказать о некомпетентности сотрудников гостиницы Золотая Лилия, Комсомольск на Амуре. Менеджеры, котрые работали 8 мая 2022 на ресепшн без бейджей, с постоянными клиентами обращаются грубо, спорную ситуацию разрешить не могут и не хотят. Одна одета по дресскоду, вторая со светлым волосом, не по дресскоду в кофте и штанах женщина лет 50 ти. Она сказала , что хозяйка. Мы были с маленькими детьми и нас ввели в заблуждение, записав во вторую сауну вместо привычной первой, просто перепутав журналы. Все бы ничего, но женщина назвавшаяся хозяйкой кричала на нас, игнорировала наши доводы, отказывалась предоставить номер руководителя или позвать старшего по смене Ее не смутило, что с нами маленькие дети. После того, как я включила диктофон, чтобы записать этот клнфликт и предоставить руководителю, так называемая хозяйка сбежала, оставив коллегу одну. Мы были постоянными клиентами. Хотелось порекомендовать провести обучение сотрудников общению с клиентами и элементарному этикету. И хотелось бы получить обратно обманом взятую у нас переплату за сауну

Добрый день! Проживал в данном отеле 2 недели в номере 21 комфорт класса в январе. + хороший приветливый персонал + две комнаты - гостиная и спальная + удобная свежая мебель + два телевизора + приличная сантехника + приличное обслуживание номеров + большой фитнес зал со всем необходимым входит в стоимость: тренажеры, инвентарь, аудиосистема с Bluetooth, зеркальные стены + сауна и бассейн входят в стоимость и пользуются большой популярностью у местных жителей (сам не ходил) + русский бильярд 300 рублей в час + хороший повар и разнообразное меню + капсульная машинка, минибар и дополнительные вкусности в номере - отсутствует шумоизоляция - отсутствует шведский стол, однообразный завтрак - ужин готовят в обед и вечером администратор его разогревает - не очень удобное расположение отеля - может не быть каких-то продуктов для приготовления блюд из меню - в сауну и бассейн можно попасть только утром, всё остальное время занято - кривой неухоженный стол для бильярда, всегда два целых кия
