Hab mir von einem 4 Sterne Superior Hotel mehr erwartet. Die Rezeption beim Check in, war sehr unfreundlich. Beim Check Out besser, aber immer noch nicht so wie ich es mir von einem 4 Sterne S Hotel erwarte. Zimmer waren sehr altbacken. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, allerdings auch unter dem Niveau von 4 und 3 Sternen Hotels. Alles in allem recht mittelmäßig.

Die Rezeption arbeitet professionell und hat auf eine Anmerkung von uns sofort reagiert. Es erfolgte ein Upgrade unseres Zimmers. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und das Personal hat alles im Blick. Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Trotz sehr hoher Auslastung des Hauses war es sehr ruhig und man konnte ohne Störung durchschlafen. Der PKW war sicher in der Tiefgarage untergebracht. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Wir haben das Hotel per Mail direkt gebucht, da wir wegen der Kinder zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür brauchen. Trotz Bestätigung waren die Zimmer bei Anreise nicht verfügbar, im alternativ angeboten Zimmer roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Leider gab es auch kein Interesse an einer Lösung, sodass wir wieder abreisen mussten. Sehr schade, dass zugesagte Leistungen nicht eingehalten werden.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Neiße und im Park. Im Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt, was die Lage noch perfekter macht. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und auch die Uhrzeit bis halb 11 für Langschläfer perfekt.

Das Hotel ist in seiner besten Zeit vor einigen Jahren stehen geblieben. Der Aufenthalt war schön aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß und auch nicht 4 Sterne Superior würdig.

Tolle Ruhige Lage um die schöne Stadt zu erkunden. Perfekter Service, alle sind super freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück war ich im Obst Paradies. Alles lecker und frisch. Es lies keine Wünsche offen.
