Das Parkhotel Görlitz hat mich leider enttäuscht. Die Zimmer entsprachen keineswegs dem Standard eines 4S-Sterne-Hotels: Sie waren schlecht geputzt und wirkten insgesamt recht schmutzig. Besonders unangenehm war jedoch der Umgang mit dem Personal am Nachtempfang. Die Kommunikation war unfreundlich und wirkte unprofessionell, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich belastete. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet – sowohl in Bezug auf Sauberkeit als auch Servicequalität. Es ist schade, dass solche grundlegenden Standards nicht eingehalten wurden. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung können wir das Parkhotel Görlitz leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer einwandfrei und sauber, Frühstück reichhaltig, Hoteltiefgarage günstig, alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Nicht wieder.
Zu viele Gäste. Dazu zu wenig Personal.
Restaurant war leider nicht geöffnet , wie in der Ausschreibung angekündigt. Wurde uns 2 Tage zuvor vom Hotel mitgeteilt. Lange Wartezeiten am Frühstück. 3/4 Stunde auf einen Trink an der Bar warten müssen. Auf dem Flur standen defekte Möbelstücke. Gerade für Kinder gefährlich.

Average hotel with river construction work
Average hotel nice and clean.good staff and friendly. On street parking free or 12euro undercover.
TV didn't work no usb sockets for charging.draft beer awful tasted of metal .breakfast ok ordered eggs at no extra cost
