房間設施在Görlitz 算非常不錯的，但是服務缺温暖，12點到店被告知3點後才能辦理入住，如果是房間緊張我覺得可以理解，但是生意不怎樣還堅持原則就缺少了温度。衞生做得不好，淋浴房封口條也有問題，洗一次澡水漫金山。淋浴間下面30公分牆都是滑膩膩的，沒清潔到位。

Lovely hotel in wonderful location on the lake..
Rooms are nice and modern with excellent shower with underfloor heating.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend and visit again if in the area

Wunderschönes Gebäude und Gelände. See bietet tolle Möglichkeiten. Frühstück hervorragend. Sehr warm im Zimmer und nur ein Fenster zum lüften. Im Badezimmer waren Kleinigkeiten defekt die leider nicht behoben wurden. Aber trotzdem toller Aufenthalt!

Es war eimzigartig,trotz Kälteeinbruch.Es fehlte an nichts,eine gelungene goldene Hochteit Das Ambiente stimmte. Es istein Hotel zum erholen und verwöhnen lassen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich,einfühlsam und immer ein lächeln. Alles Gute und nochmals Danke an Frau Iser und Herrn Marth für die freundliche Unterstützung zum geingen der Feier. Wunderschönes Hotel. Ausgezeichneter Service, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr lecker und reichlich. Auf Anfrage war dieses auch unkompliziert glutenfrei möglich. Wunderschönes Anwesen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lieben Dank an das gesamte Team – ich habe ein zauberhaftes Wochenende bei Euch verbracht und mich rundum verwöhnt gefühlt. Das Ambiente und Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll gestaltet und das Personal unglaublich warmherzig und aufmerksam. Genau das Richtige, um aus der Hektik Berlins zu entfliehen und ein entspanntes Wochenende in der Natur zu geniessen. Das Essen und die Getränke an der Bar waren grandios – ich bin jeden Abend rundum satt und glücklich ins Bett gefallen. Das Hotel liegt im Ortsteil Tauchritz im Süden von Görlitz in einem Teil des örtlichen Schlossgutes. Es besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Backsteinscheunen. Die Zimmer befinden sich im 1. OG, im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Rezeption, Restaurant und Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsräume. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm, auch nicht zu weich gefedert. Wie schon erwähnt, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss das Restaurant mit Plätzen im Innenhof. Der Service im Restaurant war nicht zu beanstanden , obwohl m.E. eine Servicekraft allein für das gesamte Restaurant etwas zu wenig war. Das Essen war geschmacklich insgesamt sehr gut. Das Frühstück wurde im Restaurant eingenommen, war ausreichend. Mann oder Frau konnten den Tag mit einem Glas Secco beginnen 😎.
