When we got to the hotel, we was not on the system, but the staff we're very professional, booking us in and sorting out the problem later.

Very nice hotel to stay in. Visiting family in Great Yarmouth on this stay up there. Nice staff as well. Staff were very nice at this Hotel In Gorleston On sea. Nice comfortable bed and room to sleep in. Nice buffet breakfast I had on my first day.

We had a great stay, changed rooms after the first night and when we got back in the evening there was a really cute teddy made out of towels on the bed, made by the lovely Donna on reception...she was so lovely 😍 and really heloed us, shes a great credit to you ......we found everything perfect, brilliant breakfast, lovely weather, we only got lost once....thankyou so much, we're coming back !!! Now I shall attempt to pist a picture of our cute towel teddy 🧸 Thankyou for making our stay so lovely xx

Very simple basic hotel - great for 2 nights! Fairly clean, everything you need for a short stay . Good position and easy parking. Very quiet which was perfect. Would stay again but never more than two nights. Awful breakfast, would look elsewhere

Great stay as always at this particular hotel Clean rooms, Well stocked bar and restaurant and nothing ever too much trouble The staff make this hotel what it is, They are a great friendly team which is why I have been retuning for over 10 years, I refuse to stay anywhere else when I go home. Breakfast is always a highlight for me, Fresh, Hot and plenty of choice, There really is something for everyone! Thank you and see you again in August !

We arrived late as was stuck in traffic Shelly and Marlene was so helpful from the moment we arrived we ordered ordered food just before finish time and they didn’t complain one bit we was a big family food was delicious so fresh for last minute and they both was so friendly and helpful and very good with the children the room was lovely and clean too and very spacious would definitely come back again big shout out to Shelly and Marlene thanks

The room itself was decent and clean, but the TV was disappointingly small, and several lights didn’t work. The bathroom also showed signs of wear, particularly around the sink area, which was in slight disrepair. On a more positive note, the staff were very accommodating and genuinely helpful throughout the stay — a real credit to the place. However, the breakfast was underwhelming considering the price. The food looked like it had been cooked in an air fryer, and it went cold far too quickly, leaving the overall experience feeling like poor value for money.
