I treated my daughter to an overnight stay with treatment and evening dinner. Great value for the two of us. Staff were extremely helpful and could not fault the service they gave. Only gripe was I was looking forward to eating in the restaurant but it does not open on a Sunday so we had to have bar food, which was enjoyable but noisy as it was full of families out for Sunday dinner. The offer did say when I booked evening meal in our restaurant.

A warm welcome, beautiful hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Warm spotless rooms. I have already booked again with my family for May bank holiday. Great value and very good restaurant and lovely tea, coffee and cakes on arrival. Great location.

Our stay in the hotel was absolutely amazing cleo, carys, ava, and alice were the most polite ladies ever would 100% reccomend staying here. Such amazing service and the nicest employees will definitely be coming back to this hotel!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our Mother's birthday recently. The food was fantastic and the service was wonderful. A big shout out to Saoirse, our server, what a gorgeous girl, she was so friendly, and she went over and above for us to make it a very memorable evening.

Overall 2 night experience was average, room was like a sauna and after 3 requests to turn off the radiator it was finally remedied. Room decor very nice and modern, bathroom dated and gruby with spotlight bulb taking repeated requests to be replaced. Highlight was the 3 course meal in rowans restaurant, quality and flavours of food was amazing, hake salad, chicken and prawn dish were standout. Peter's customer service was exceptional. Shame the breakfast staff were not trained to this level like handing the menu and not asking if they could take your order from the kitchen, 2 poached eggs took 20mins to received, toast and coffee was cold at that point.

My family got me a voucher & spa treatment for this lovely hotel , I arrived at reception to a friendly & helpful girl who made sure all my needs were met . The food & service in the bar/ restaurant was really good . I had the most amazing spa treatment & can not wait to visit again . All in all my stay was just fab , I left the hotel planning to return again soon .

My husband and I spent 2 days in the Ashdown park hotel recently I would definitely recommend the hotel without hesitation. The food and service were excellent and a special mention to all the staff who were so friendly and accommodating. We hope to return to the Ashdown Park very soon.
