息子の卒業旅行でハワイより楽しみにしてカッパドキアまで行きましたが、残念なことにチェックインの時から嫌な感じのサービスを受けました。元々二人（わたしと息子）の旅行だったのですがギリギリで甥っ子が日本から参加して3人になりました。それを頭からなんで言わなかったんだ！と怒られチェックインで驚き。お部屋は3人普通に泊まれるお部屋だったのですが一人多くなったからと一日30ユーロ徴収され（サイトでは20ユーロだったのに）お金の問題ではなくとにかく世界中旅行しましたがここでのサービスが過去一悪いサービスでした。私たちはアメリカからでしたがアジア人？だからか？他の白人の方たちにはとてもナイスな対応してた気がします。ロケーションなどは最高なのにあのサービスで全てが大無しになった感じです。あと。3日間泊まりましたが一度もシーツの交換はありませんでした。とにかく残園でしかなかったです。

I really like this hotel♡
I thought it would be dirty and cold because it was a cave hotel.
It's warm and cozy, so it feels like my home~~~~~
It's close to the city center and close to the bus terminal.
There are many good restaurants nearby.

And the road to see the balloons is close too.
Breakfast is also great!!
The best thing was that it was clean and the staff were all very friendly.

I had a truly magical stay at the Panoramic Cave Hotel. The location is simply unbeatable — perched on the hill with a breathtaking view over Göreme and the surrounding valleys. Watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise right from the terrace was unforgettable. The cave room was cozy, authentic, and beautifully decorated, giving you the full Cappadocia experience without compromising on comfort. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — they went out of their way to help me with tours, photographer, restaurant recommendations, airport transfers and even transfer to Antalya for very reasonable price. Breakfast was rich and varied, served on the terrace with stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the unique charm of Cappadocia in a peaceful, welcoming, and picturesque setting.

I stayed 6 nights in this wonderful hotel and I felt at home away from home. The host Emir welcomed me with a big smile, making me feel at ease right away. The room was wonderful, perfect for a stay of comfort and quality. Top cleaning! Courtesy from all the staff and in particular from Asya, who helped me find the best restaurants and the best tours in the area. Goreme is a fairytale village, everyone knows everyone and after a few days, I also felt like a local. I highly recommend this extraordinary hotel and thank you for everything.

Terrible hotel. I do not advise anyone. There is no wardrobe or at least bedside tables, nowhere to fold clothes, three hangers in the bathroom, that is, outerwear is supposed to be hung there, even there is no chair, the sink is leaking, dampness in the bathroom.
