千萬千萬不要訂,酒店老闆有嚴重的種族歧視,不要踩雷,風險太大。 我們1號晚上9點辦理入住,老闆一開始不在,等了一會老闆下樓之後,掏出鑰匙讓我們開門,我本來以為是開玩笑,就接過鑰匙開門,開門之後禮貌地讓老闆進門。隨後老闆謙讓讓我們先進門,那我就進門了。 之後他就站在門口看着我們,説you are no better than me,意思就是既然我們那麼厲害,就自己辦理入住吧。這樣陰陽怪氣之後,我問他你是什麼意思,我們衹是想辦理入住而已,他説relax,別人正在休息。 我説,第一,晚上九點鐘怎麼可能會休息,第二天都沒有熱氣球;第二,老闆把人搞得不舒服之後,反而讓我們放輕鬆。沒有這樣的道理。 這之後,老闆覺得自己理虧,又不想説什麼,就把我們趕出了他的酒店,拒絕我們辦理入住也拒絕退款,我們不得已臨時找酒店,用更貴的價格。 攜程的解決方案也非常糟糕,沒有任何賠償,我們兩個人晚上九點那麼冷的天,被趕出來之後,花了雙倍的價格臨時找到了一個非常不好的酒店,結果攜程衹給了一個賠償訂單金額的解決方案不了了之。 這個酒店應該下架,大家千萬不要訂。 攜程網,和國外種族歧視者一起坑中國人,大家一定要小心。

Well located and charming hotel in Cappadocia. The owner, Sergio, makes sure that his guests are provided for in this personal service oriented establishment. The breakfasts included a large selection of local delicacies & eggs made to order. My visit was a great experience & I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and if we were to return we would definitely choose it. The owner as well as the staff are very professional, kind and always attentive to the service that toasts their guests. The location is perfect for visiting Goreme and its surroundings, the breakfast with a spectacular view of the goreme valley is very abundant and truly genuine, the rooms very spacious, clean and where nothing is missing. it was truly a pleasant experience. Thanks for everything, Sergio!

Había visto en sus redes sociales imágenes que prometían: la realidad superó ampliamente las expectativas. Su propietario, Sergio, atento a cada detalle que pueda facilitar tu viaje (tuvimos problemas con nuestro vuelo y nos organizó la recogida en aeropuerto, recibiéndonos en nuestro arribo tardío). Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, con todo lo necesario para una grata estadía. La terraza donde se desayuna posee una vista hermosa. El desayuno es abundante, muy variado y con alimentos de calidad. Conexión de wifi excelente. Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería.

Sergio, absolutely a wonderful man that you should meet once in your life time. We have seen this hotel from a YouTube video, and went through Google and red the reviews. Then decided to go a head and book it. We are so glad we had chosen this hotel as our home for few days. It was more than our expectations. The hotel is run by a wise wonderfull man named Sergio, he is the owner, manager, financial and the cook of your breakfast. A very professional, experienced educated and friendly person. The hotel is located in a perfect place located right on the main street and comfortably far enough from good night sleep and noses. The hotel is clean and well taken care of by the wonderful staff which made us me and my wife feel like home, our at most respect to Mr. Faiq, Ms. Sulaikha and the other lady which I forgot her name. Everyone goes to cappadocia to see or experience the balloons, this hotel is located in the perfect place and looking over to the town where you see all the balloons from early morning to the end of the flight, and at least couple of balloons will come so close to the hotel that you feel you can touch it literary. We have booked the room with terrace, that we spent great time in the night looking to the town and the moon. The room is very specious and very very clean and comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided. The check in is the fastest I have ever experienced. The hotel has a very big parking for your car if you have a rental car. Thank you Sergio for making our stay very special, we feel lucky that we have meet you, we wish you all the success in life and we do really hope to see you in future. You have taken a special place in our hearts. Thank you, definitely a well deserved 5 star. Keep it going the world needs good men like you. Thank you.

Having read positive reviews about Sergio's hospitality and friendliness, we did not hesitate to book a hotel room in advance. After booking the room, Sergio texted, willingly answered all questions. But as we arrived tired late in the evening, our mood was dampened by the fact that Sergio did not even respond to our greeting, but simply looked at us haughtily through his glasses. As a token of attention we gifted him with Kazakh chocolate, but in response we not only did not hear a basic "thank you", in addition, he carelessly pushed the chocolate away from him. Instead of greetings we heard "My house, my rules", about which he told us 2 times during 10 minutes). Especially perplexed by his words, which sounded literally: "If we find food, snacks in the room, then you pack your bags and immediately leave the hotel". We understand that he has his own rules, but it was possible to present them not in such a categorical and rude form. Thus he showed himself in a bad way: unfriendly, ill-mannered, not hospitable. Further strange was his behavior in the first two days, when we were alone, he ignored us, but on 3-4 days in the presence of other guests, he was courteous and kind. As for the rest, the hair dryer in the room was underpowered and turned off after a couple minutes of use, I would also like to mention that the coffee at breakfast was not of the best quality, weak consistency. We witnessed dislike of cats, Sergio chased cats out of the hotel, on the last day at breakfast we witnessed Sergio reprimanding the assistant in front of the guests, because we understood Turkish, he should keep this in mind in the future. Overall impressions about the first two days of stay in the hotel remained extremely negative because of Sergio's behavior. I got the impression that Sergio's attitude to guests depends on what country they come from, because with guests from Europe he was extremely kind. Positives: The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the necessary accessories, quite tasty and varied breakfasts, as well as friendly service staff, Sergio’s assistant is a wonderful person, he cooked delicious breakfasts. The rooms are equipped with a garbage can for separate collection and sorting of garbage. As our flight was late, Sergio kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases at reception.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à pashahan. L’hôte se plie en 4 pour répondre à toutes les questions… merci beaucoup Les chambres sont fonctionnelles belles et propres. Nous avons pu grâce à l’hôtel réaliser le tour en montgolfière et nous le recommandons.

Теперь к самому главному. Пока вы проживаете в отеле, хозяин вам улыбается, дружелюбно общается с вами, делает вид в заинтересованности и при этом всячески пытается вас «развести». То полет на шаре по дорогой цене предложит и скажет что «это специальная цена только для вас», то другие доп экскурсии. У нас сложилась ситуации при которой вся гнилая сущность этого хозяина показалась наружу. Наступил день выезда, как обычно мы думали что выезд в отеле до 12:00. В 11:38 к нам стучится уборка и говорит, что выезд в 11:00. На что мы ей отвечаем, что очень извиняемся, думали выезд в 12 и в течение 10 минут соберемся и выйдем. Уборка вежливо улыбнулась и сказала «хорошо, ничего страшного». После этого в дверь стучит хозяин и начинает кричать о том, что «выезд до 11 и вы специально не собирались все это время». Мы в шоке, потому что за 26 стран такое поведение в отеле видим впервые. Начинаем объяснять, все тоже самое, что ранее объясняли уборщице. Реакции ноль, что-то на турецком языке сказал про нас и развернулся. Мы готовы были заплатить дополнительную плату за поздний выезд, но это даже не прозвучало. Вместо этого услышали только ругательства в наш адрес. И что мы пытались его обмануть. Важно: хозяин все время находится в отеле, но он не пришел в первые 30 минут, как мы не выехали, и не поинтересовался, все ли у нас в порядке. Вместо этого мы получили ор, неуважение и полностью испорченное впечатление. Далее, в течение 10 минут мы собираем вещи и выходим из отеля. Тут попадается опять этот хозяин и начинает говорить про выезд до 11. Мы снова извинились, но в ответ услышали крик, какие мы плохие люди и обманщики. По итогу просто выставил вместе с чемоданом за порог и обозвал идиотами.
