Great experience, the family that helped us were particularly helpful and if it weren't for them we'd have been lost. Besides it does help that the breakfast provided was both reasonably priced and had good quality keeping us energised for the early part of the day. Only wish there was lunch/ dinner service that had vegetarian options as well.

We were actually going to stay in a 2 person room.
Since the hotel was not very crowded, they gave us a 3 person room with a terrace.
The rooms were ***et clean, warm and functional.
Our room had a different ambiance with its tuff and wooden appearance.
The staff was attentive and smiling.
I would like to stay again

The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

The view from the hotel rooftop is great, you can watch the sunrise, hot air balloons take off, and the night view. The room we stayed in had a view from inside, which was quite nice.
The only downside is that breakfast needs to be paid for separately (the restaurant is outsourced), and it is quite expensive

It's a little sunny away from the city center, so I wouldn't say it's in a great location, but
the room was clean, warm, and adequate for the price.
The shower had no problems with water pressure or temperature, and the hair dryer had enough air pressure to dry waist-length hair.
The dog in the lobby was also friendly and cute.

Would come back! It was an amazing stay at the hotel. The place was in the center of gorem, the staffs are helpful, it also offered us a variety of activities.
