The front desk of the hotel was very friendly, helping us plan our itinerary, ordering a hot air balloon for us, and even monitored the price before buying it for us. Cratus stone palace was one of the best hotels which I would recommend to every one visiting Cappadocia. The hotel was very clean , the reception staffs were all very helpful , trustworthy and friendly.The view from the hotel was mesmerising and the food menu was awesome as well.Our room was very well-maintained and came with all the amenities.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and we were very satisfied by the extraordinary customer service.The staff helped us even in booking all activities at affordable rates.As this hotel is located in the city, all the activities were located nearby.We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book the same in future as it was our best stay till date.

Amazing. Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, clean neat rooms. The breakfast is outstanding and the view on the rooftop for the hot air balloons was great! Also it’s centrally located so you can walk to amazing restaurants in the area. 10/10 recommend!
