Best hotel I've ever stayed in TURKEY so far, nice & kind service from the reception by recommending us the red tour for half day trip (so far so good if nothing to do) and also rooftop for hot balloon view (depends on luck & weather) and even recommended one of the best restaurant "topdeck cave" for cheap and tasty foods (no pottery beef unless u go to the rest beside and it's call " wood spoon restaurant ") 🥳🥳🥳 Convenient to go to the bus station and main street out there as well.

The location and staff is amazing. Everything was excellent. Hotel staff arranged red tour for me and it was very good. I took airport transfer also which was on time. Recommend.

Very helpful receptionist. He helped me to find a hot air balloon company, found a shuffle bus to the airport and also suggested a good place to visit and eat. I also liked their breakfast. Thank you when we're back again we will definitely stay here.

Very comfortable hotel located in the center of Göreme city. Friendly reception staff. Clean and tidy room. Very interesting experience.

The room is OK, but the basin is a bit clogged. The breakfast is simple. There is a terrace with a view. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. There are many restaurants and small shops outside. There is a taxi station opposite. For the bus back to the airport, you must leave your phone number with the driver so that the driver can pick you up. Otherwise, there is no bus station. The travel agency will help you contact and charge double the price.

The owner is very friendly, but there are frequent power outages. The location is very good.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can see the hot air balloons directly from the rooftop. It is only a few minutes walk from the bus station. The service attitude of the hotel front desk is very good. You can order hot air balloons at the front desk. The price is reasonable and convenient. Breakfast is also available. The lady cooks it. The omelette was delicious.

Excellent hotel and service, as good as it gets in this place. We were in another one in Cappadocia, so there is something to compare with. The veranda is pleasant, cozy, breakfast is also good, the contents of which are standard for Turkey) A separate observation deck for viewing balloons, open around the clock. What is a big plus is that the hotel is NOT near a mosque and you can’t hear these calls for prayer at 4.45 in the morning - believe me, this is very important😅 The only thing that was not very comfortable was the material of the walls - it becomes very humid in the bathroom after a shower (there is no hood, only a tiny window) and the room smells of wet chalk. But this can be solved by closing the doors to the bathroom. Cleaned every day! I was satisfied, I repeat, I have something to compare with. The photo shows a view of the balls from the hotel's viewing terrace.

The location is very convenient, close to the bus station. It is a simple B&B but very clean. The owner is very reliable and gave a lot of pertinent travel suggestions.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the room temperature was very good, the cleanliness was very good, it is a hotel in the center, we liked it very much.
