The location is very good. It is very close to the town of Goreme on foot and very close to the road. The only drawback is that the environment of a cave hotel feels unaccustomed and a bit cold, but the service attitude is very good! Overall value for money is pretty good

The hotel is well located. Close to the center of Göreme, bus station, restaurants, shops and not far from places to visit. Also from agencies if needed to do tours although the hotel can also make reservations. They do not clean the room unless you ask, nor do they change towels and sheets. I asked for a change of towels only once in 5 days and they didn't come in for anything else. If you are warned and it seems good to you, perfect but we didn't know and I asked. We used the laundry service and it was good (clothes ironed, but not well folded and ironed). The room smelled very damp but since it was inside a cave, that may be normal. We turned the heat on a little one day and it seems to have improved a little. He gave us an air freshener too. Big room and huge bathroom with jacuzzi (but it also smelled bad). I had to sleep with a mask because the curtains are white and let the light in (but if you don't mind it's not very serious). Those who run the hotel are friendly and help you if you need it. Breakfast is a buffet and you have to go at 8:30 because they don't restock. It's Turkish breakfast with some biscuits, cheeses, olives, jams, bread, coffee, juices,... It's fine even if it's the same every day. Good terrace to see the balloons (it faces two different streets although the upper part is under construction).

A neglected hotel, unkempt territory, tasteless and meager breakfasts in a wooden extension that looks like a barn, bad pillows and a smell of dampness in the rooms. They really let us down with the transfer order. One plus is the location. If you do not want to spoil the impression of this amazing town, then do not stay in this wretched hotel!

I was already finding it strange that I hadn't had any reviews since 2015, but now I'm certain it's true. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Maybe back in 2013-2015 it was better, but almost 10 years later, it's old, neglected, and has unbearable odors inside the room due to humidity and poor maintenance. Walls have collapsed, the mattress has sunk in half, making it impossible to sleep, doors that don't close properly... On top of all this, there's no room cleaning service, and the breakfast (included, of course) is very poor. When you arrive, you find clothes hanging in the central courtyard, and by clothes, I mean the owners' own underwear—a truly horrifying sight! It's a family hotel, and we also saw scenes like one of the sons treating his mother terribly... On some mornings, we even found homeless people sleeping in the courtyard. Aside from all the above, the owner, who I've seen spoken so highly of in other reviews from years ago, lied to us and tried to make us look like "fools," but anyway, I won't go into further details. There are plenty of options in Cappadocia to sleep and have a good stay! I assure you! I would have appreciated this review when I checked the hotel's star rating, as I trust TripAdvisor a lot. 2 gün konakladık. Oda temiz, kahvaltı yeterli düzeyde iyiydi. Isıtmanın az olması ve sıcak su akmamasından dolayı ufak problemler yaşasak da iletişime geçtiğimizde hemen çözüm odaklı davranarak sorunlarımızı giderdiler. Misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederim.

Vasatın da altında bir otel. Benim kaldığım oda çok sıcaktı. Diğer odalar da öyledir tahminimce. Klima takılsaydı bu sorun çözülürdü ancak vantilatör taktılar. O da çok ses yapıyor. Otelin bahçesi çöplük gibi. Boşuna paranıza yazık etmeyin.
