First of all, the reception staff wasn't friendly, and I understood that it was a cave without air conditioning, but it was incredibly hot in the middle of summer, with not a single fan. I brought a handheld fan and ran it all night, but it wasn't enough for three people...
Please be aware that there are no fans or air conditioning before booking. It may vary from person to person, but we were a bit hot.
I must have been so unhappy... I forgot to take a single picture of the room...

The staff are friendly. One of them was very helpful when I needed to book a tour. He always checked whether the hot air balloons would fly or not, so I didn’t have to pay in advance.
The room was clean and cool—I didn’t even need to use the fan, even though the temperature outside was 38°C. Breakfast was good.
One downside was that the internet connection in my room (Room #13) was weak

Nature Park Cave Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms are carved into the rock, giving you a real cave experience without compromising on comfort — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with local touches.
Breakfast was generous and delicious every morning, with a great variety of local options and fresh ingredients. The location is perfect — walking distance to the main town but quiet enough to enjoy the peace of the area. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and watch the hot air balloons in the early morning sky.
The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport transfers, booking tours, and even offering great restaurant recommendations. It felt like staying with family.
Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, warm, and memorable stay in Cappadocia!

I stayed at this hotel while sightseeing in Cappadocia, and it was the best place to stay, with a good location and within walking distance of the center of Goreme. In addition, they kindly made reservations for various tours such as hot air balloon tours and red tours, and liaised with the tour operators, which was very helpful. However, I recommend that you keep in mind that this is a cave-style hotel and that the design of the hotel is inferior to other hotels in some respects when making a reservation.
