I liked Cappadocia the most during this trip. This hotel is located in the small town of Goreme. It is a cave hotel, very distinctive and romantic.
The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious, don't miss it.
The boss is very nice and can help book day trips.
The hotel is in a good location, a few hundred meters walk to the bus stop and a few hundred meters walk to the observation deck. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. He was also very smooth in arranging a shuttle to the airport. I saw fireworks celebrating the New Year and lots of balloons from the terrace. The breakfast is also delicious.

The Gedik Cave Hotel was clean, very big double room. Central in Goreme. Abdullah at reception was really helpful in organizing tours and airport transfers. Great rooftop terrace for watching balloons in the morning. Thoroughly recommend this place.
