The staff were very friendly and their hospitality was excellent, making for a wonderful stay.
The room I stayed in felt like a real cave, was fully equipped, and had a rooftop terrace overlooking the city of Goreme. The breakfast was delicious.
Due to my schedule, I was only able to stay one night, but I would like to stay longer next time.

The cleaning is relatively clean and the environment is not bad, but there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and not ventilated in summer. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning and found cockroaches crawling on my body. I was scared to death. There are many varieties of breakfast, but for Chinese people, it feels that there is nothing to eat.

A fabulous and affirdable cave style hotel with a Turkish rooftop seating area overlooking stunning views of the town below. The staff were exceptionally helpful to organize and schedule a variety of outings from a hot air balloon ride to evening sunset horse rides and tours to visit multiiple famous attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the facility was cleaned well daily. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with a travel companion during spring vacation. We usually stay in private lodgings, so it's been a while since we've stayed in a hotel. It was a great place with friendly hospitality. It was easily accessible to the center of town and the local bus stop, and the freshly baked French toast for breakfast was delicious. The mascot dog and cat were friendly, and the hotel staff were easy to communicate with, so overall it was a very satisfying stay. If I have the chance to go to Cappadocia again, I'd definitely like to stay here again.
