I booked a suite, but on the day of check-in, we were given a very small and depressing room. , the size was completely different from the photo of the suite. After communicating with the gentleman at the front desk, he said that there were no suites. Finally, we were given a superior room. It is no exaggeration to say that the size of the superior room was twice that of the first one. Fortunately, with the help of Ctrip customer service, we were able to refund the price difference. In addition, the quality of the breakfast was also very poor. I felt that some items from the previous day were left out for guests to eat. I think integrity is the foundation of business. Without integrity, you will not win the hearts of customers. I firmly do not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, the front desk service was good, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. There are two things I don't like very much: first: there is only one pillow for each person in the room, and second: there is a round hole in the room, which makes sleeping at night very annoying. 気球を見ながら美味しいトルコ朝食がとれるとてもいいホテルでした!ホテル内のリセプションなどにいればティーやコーヒーをサービスしてくれる優しいスタッフに、部屋への食べ物もオーダーすればすぐに持ってきてくれるすばやさ、そして何より街にも近く、バルーンやいくつかのアクティビティにも近い立地の良い場所でした。ホテルの内装もきれいでオレンジ色のライトで統一されたとても居心地の良いホテルでした。 またカッパドキアに来たときは、ぜひまたこのホテルに宿泊したいです!
