整體佈置比較ins風，很好拍，前台服務態度也很nice。也有一些差強人意的點：比如早餐種類不是很豐富；房間隔音不太好，住在201隻要有人上下樓經過就會很大腳步聲，門口因為有一些沙發也會有人坐在那聊天；浴室洗完澡特別悶熱潮濕，不太透氣。另外有好幾個露台，都有裝飾，也能看見很多熱氣球，但不是特別出片，因為朝向背光拍出來很暗，加上畫面裏前方比較多建築物，有點影響～在格雷梅閑逛發現之前糾結半天選擇哪個酒店，其實都挨着很近

Karşılandığımız andan çıktığımız ana kadar olumsuz tek bir durumla karşılaşmadım. Odalar temiz ve ferah konum çok iyiydi. Personel olumlu ve yardımseverdi. 2 aile gittik ve herbirimiz çok memnun ayrıldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

It's a very nice hotel. The front desk staff were kind and polite. They changed my room to a larger one. It was freezing outside, but the inside was ondol so it was almost hot. The breakfast was very delicious, but the portions were so big that I laughed.

We stayed in other hotels in Goreme for two nights and moved here for the third night. This hotel is very good value for money compared to the hotels we stayed in before. The check-in experience was very good, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful in providing relevant information. The room was large, clean and tidy, and the main part of the room was a real cave. The decoration was elegant and full of Turkish style. The breakfast was rich in variety. The observation deck of the hotel had a good view of the town at night. Unfortunately, we were unlucky and the hot air balloon was grounded due to weather. Although the hotel does not have its own parking lot, the hotel is located very close to the center of the town, where there are many free parking spaces. We parked there and found the hotel in a few minutes walk.
