Kapodokya/ Nevşehir tatilimizde grand elite cave suites hotelde konakladık. Göremede bulunan hotel buranın incisi diyebilirim. Odalar hem çok temiz hem de mükemmel şekilde dizayn edilmiş her ayrıntı düşünülmüş. Çok konforlu ve rahat yatakları banyosu jakuzisi tertemiz havuzu büyük ekran tv şahane kahvaltısı güleryüzlü samimi personeli ile muhteşem bir hizmet sunuyor. Otel çok merkezi bir konumdadır. Her şey için tekrar çok teşekkür ediyorum. İşletme sahibi Nafız yılmaz a teşekkür ediyoruz. gönül rahatlığı ile herkese öneriyorum.

We had a great time in Cappadocia, unfortunately the hotel was a very big disappointment. We stayed in a King suite 401. The room was not clean, spider webs in the bathroom, usual amenities like tissues, vanity kit etc, not available, did have a small shower and bath gel. Some towels washed out and torn, bed squeaky and worn out, pillows not comfortable. The outside of the hotel unkept and littered. Plusses, the lady at reception, Gamaza, was very friendly and helpful, the room is a comfortable size, the breakfast basic but okay.

Recomendable para visita a Göreme. Habitación amplia, limpia y con todo. Bien ubicado. Con piscina y bar. Desayuno buffet bueno. Personal atento. Lo que necesitas para visitar la zona. Contratamos con ellos el Green tour, muy recomendable también.

This hotel is not like in the pics. The room we suppose to get is completely different from what we got. The ac did not had a remote, the mini fridge was not working, the toilet also had some probs. The other guests they were slamming the doors and making so much noise all night I could not sleep at all. I told the receptionist to do something about it but obviously he did nothing. I do not recommend to anyone at all this hotel for the 100€/night you should get a better service but we did not. Don’t get scammed like we did.

Very nice hotel, with elegant rooms in a “quarry atmosphere”, the staff was friendly, the location was secluded and quiet, but still a stone's throw from the central area full of restaurants and shops. Buffet breakfast more varied in salaries than in desserts. Recommended.

This was a great hotel experience for us (couple). Their staff is very sweet and catered to all our service requests. Special thanks to Alex who gave us the best packages in Cappadocia. We didn’t book the hot air balloon through them but we booked all other tours and it was a great experience for us. They upgraded us to their Queen suite for a reasonable charge and that room was worth every penny. Their best cave rooms are located at the terrace and are very economical for how spacious they are. We had a jacuzzi and sauna in our room which the staff prepared for us. Also the best part about this place is their location - it is on the Main Street but at the end away from the hustle bustle, but very easy access to the city centre. Overall great experience - would highly recommend!
