It’s cheap and a good value for money. You can see the balloons from the top, but the view is obstructed. You can chill in the pool drying the hot day, good location, very close to the city center.

This hotel is not like in the pics. The room we suppose to get is completely different from what we got. The ac did not had a remote, the mini fridge was not working, the toilet also had some probs. The other guests they were slamming the doors and making so much noise all night I could not sleep at all. I told the receptionist to do something about it but obviously he did nothing. I do not recommend to anyone at all this hotel for the 100€/night you should get a better service but we did not. Don’t get scammed like we did.

Very nice hotel, with elegant rooms in a “quarry atmosphere”, the staff was friendly, the location was secluded and quiet, but still a stone's throw from the central area full of restaurants and shops. Buffet breakfast more varied in salaries than in desserts. Recommended.

This was a great hotel experience for us (couple). Their staff is very sweet and catered to all our service requests. Special thanks to Alex who gave us the best packages in Cappadocia. We didn’t book the hot air balloon through them but we booked all other tours and it was a great experience for us. They upgraded us to their Queen suite for a reasonable charge and that room was worth every penny. Their best cave rooms are located at the terrace and are very economical for how spacious they are. We had a jacuzzi and sauna in our room which the staff prepared for us. Also the best part about this place is their location - it is on the Main Street but at the end away from the hustle bustle, but very easy access to the city centre. Overall great experience - would highly recommend!

Please dont be fooled. This is not a cave hotel, and the service is the worst. They try and scam you for airport transfers. We booked a private transfer for 60euros and they sent a small i20 car that could not fit more than 1 large suitcase, and was a hotel staff car (which we later found out). Better to take taxi from airport for much lesser and way better car. The rooms are filthy and musty and smelly. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. Pillow cover had mould. They charge 2 euros for eggs at breakfast. Front office smells of cigarettes and poor service by front office. Rude and unprofessional. Instead go to other options in Goreme like Sultan, Divan or *****.

There were many hotels around, but Grand Elite Cave was special. Our time was great, from the first welcome at the entrance until the end of our holiday. The rooms were clean, the staff were interested in meat. It had a great breakfast, especially Ms. Yasemin was very attentive and attentive, the cakes and pastries they made were wonderful, the small pastries were great. Even though it was a hotel, it was better than the breakfast of star hotels. Although this was our first visit, it will not be the last, I recommend it.

The rooms and suites are very clean. The bed linen is also good. The superior suite with king-size bed is 50 square meters and has a small sauna. A friend of ours had the deluxe room with queen-size bed. The room was small but tastefully decorated and did not smell unpleasant like our cave suite. Did not like: The superior suite with king-size bed is a cave suite WITHOUT a window. It is nicely decorated, but you couldn't stay longer than one night because of the damp, musty air. The air conditioning (dehumidifying) did not help either. After we complained, we were offered a king-size room with 35 square meters. The room was on the upper floor and had a window and direct access to the roof terrace. The roof terrace, however, is only spartanly furnished. You also don't get a great view of the balloons from the terrace.
