I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though the room is not that spacious but its acceptable as its surrounding is just superb. You could go outside in the morning and observed the balloons. The foods were decent and the staffs friendly. It has a small souvenir shops pack with items with reasonable price.

2022 nisanında bayramın 2 günü bu otelde kaldık.Otel dolu idi ama personel yoktu temizlik icin.Odalar leş gibi ,havlular yok,soruyorsunuz gelecek deniyor ama gelen yok.2 akşam yemegi ve 2 kahvaltıda yiyecek bir şey bulamadık...sorduk bitti dediler.Suçu yerli misafirlrin üzerine attılar...oysa türklerin gelecegini biliyorlardı.Yemek salonunda kimse yok...ne garson ne aşcı hiç kimse kasıtlı olarak yapılan bir uygulama.Resepsiyona soruyorsunuz aşagıya biz bakmıyoruz dendi.Eger bir otelde kalmak istiyorsanız... göremede...pansiyon da kalın daha iyi.

Noi eravamo al primo piano: letti sfondati , minifrigo rotto, moquette sporca e la porta finesta che dava sull ingresso rotta cosi la nostra cameraera accessibilea tutti perché non chiusa.. Volevamo che ci venisse cambiata la camera ma senteire gli altri che non avevano neanche l acqua calda per fare la doccia...allora siamo rimasti li. Bouffet veramente scarso. Sia a cena che a colazione ( una terrina di prezzemolo e una di menta, mi domando, : chi la mangia a colazione?)serviva per far numero. Biscotti :1 tipo solo tipo oro saiwa e il latte era in polvere oltre che al caffè solubile.chiesto latte caldo, la brocca aveva anche il recipiente spirco di marrone.... assolutamente scarso

Hotel is old beaten Zero star property. It is only 2 story building but no facilities for taking your luggage , if room is on second floor. They supply water and tea/coffee items only first day and from second day they will start charging. Breakfast & Buffe dinner was simply horrible. Better go to market, hardly 200 mtrs away for lunch or dinner. They were charging 30 Lira during dinner for bottle which was available in 3 Lira in market. But we can give full marks for Location. Baloon riding locations are hardly 300 mtrs from here. Just get up early and go there. It will be fantastic experience to watch filling of gas in baloon and riding upside. By sunrise full sky line will be present mesmerizing scene.

Upon arrival we were told the main hotel is fully booked. We were placed outside the hotel, right at the end of the premises. After we complained we were moved to the main hotel. (Fully booked?) There are no lifts in the hotel, you have to carry your luggage up and down. Although they had a few bell boys, they were not enough to assist the entire group. There was no hot water, the towels and carpets were BLOOD stained. The lights in the corridor was not working, at night you had to walk to your room in the dark. There was only coffee for one day in the room, we were told to pay if we want coffee for the second day. Whenever you asked frontdesk something, they first had to ask “the boss”, which is an extremely rude man. I assume the women is his wife, she was also rude and so unhelpful. Food = atrocious. The second day there was stale bread, we didn’t eat breakfast as the other food was inedible. We ordered two glasses of wine (also had to ask “the boss) - the menu stated 100 Turkish Lira, when I paid it was 200. By that time I was at my wits end and did not have the energy to argue. Most of our tour group also didn’t have hot water, many things were broken in the rooms. We hated every second stying there. Unfortunately it was too expensive to book into another hotel.

Although the setting is great it is old and not maintained.. .probably due to poor management Lights in passages is not working. Carpets in passage extremely dirty. Some rooms without warm water..some without any water whatsoever. We were allowed one small bottle of drinking water for 2 persons for 2 days. Poor breakfast with very limited choices. One person with one pan trying to prepare eggs for a fully booked Hotel.

Millanta un 4 stelle ma non ne darei 1... Pulizia pessima,personale inadeguato,camere buie e letti e cuscini da sostituire,in bagno trovi vasca alta..e doccino non funziona. Non vengono sostituiti i prodotti e le salviette sono scarse. Pasti con scelta obbligata, scarsa e qualitativamente non eccellente. Negli spazi comuni si trovano sedie/armadi/porte rotte o alla quali manca un pezzo...Se chiedi informazioni non sanno mai rispondere e quasi nessuno parla inglese....Concludo anche se ci sarebbe altro .. Male male male.

I visited the spa at this hotel after a day of adventures in cappadocia. I had gone hot air ballooning , ATV tour and then a 2 hour horse ride . As you can imagine I was tired , dirty and my muscles ached. I paid for the package which included the sauna , steam room , peeling and soap massage. I also received an oil massage. This was an amazing experience for me and exactly what I needed. The masseuse’s name is Aydana and I highly recommend her !! She was very patient , professional and made sure I was very comfortable. The hostess Tüğba was also very helpful and kind. I also have to thank the owner Mr. Emre Özdemir. He personally transported me from my hotel to the spa and back to my hotel. All in all I highly recommend this place !!

First ever Turkish Hammam experience so was a bit nervous to begin with. We was picked up from our hotel and was taken to the Hammam, we was then told it was completely private and it’ll be just me and my wife which was really comforting. Staff was really comforting and reassuring making us feel well and truly at home. We was constantly offered water and tea throughout. We then started off with a sauna/steam room and proceeded onto the Turkish bath which was absolutely amazing! Was really taken back by the effort and reassurance throughout And then onto the massage which lasted an hour. I received a more manly massage where my back cracks were taken out which was the best thing ever because it made me feel so light after wards! However my missus received a more soft massage which she also said to be amazing! So just depends on what you prefer. We then had clay masks applied to our faces and then was left for 20 mins to relax. Once we washed that off it was time to get ready and be picked up to be taken back to our hotel. We were told the experience would last 2 hours, the timing couldn’t have been more accurate! Highly highly recommend this hammam!
