Great location for a great view of the hot air balloons! Great breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Great selection of sweets. Mia the dog is adorable!

As our room is the family room so it is on the ground floor. No view from the small windows. The sand from the cave ceiling of our room drops every few minutes in the bathroom and on the bed! More lightings are needed. Breakfast is pretty decent not fantastic. Location is superb. No toothbrush and toothpaste are supplied.

Excellent location. Super views from terrace restaurant. You can take 100 pictures from here. Very centre in location. All restaurants are very near. Staff are family friendly. Breakfast is 10/10. They made our trip life time memorable and fun filled.

Great location, good facilities, AMAZING personnel! Great view from the terrace, rich breakfast, very supportive staff. THANK YOU! PS: hotel helped with booking a baloon trip (obtaining a way better price then any website) and suggested itineraries for day trips
